1. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
神就赐福给他们，又对他们说，要生养众多，遍满地面，治理这地。也要管理海里的鱼，空中的鸟，和地上各样行动的活物。

2. Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
以萨迦子孙的后代，照着家室，宗族，人名的数目，从二十岁以外，凡能出去打仗，

3. Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.
我们上哪里去呢，我们的弟兄使我们的心消化，说那地的民比我们又大又高，城邑又广大又坚固，高得顶天，并且我们在那里看见亚衲族的人。

4. And it came to pass, when Israel was strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, and did not utterly drive them out.
及至以色列强盛了，就使迦南人作苦工，没有把他们全然赶出。

5. Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.
所以，我将这孩子归与耶和华，使他终身归与耶和华。于是在那里敬拜耶和华。

6. Then king David answered and said, Call me Bathsheba. And she came into the king's presence, and stood before the king.
大卫王吩咐说，叫拔示巴来。拔示巴就进来，站在王面前。

7. The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.
亚伯拉罕的儿子是以撒，以实玛利。

8. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
那时，你们必呼求我，我却不答应，恳切的寻梢我，却寻不见。

9. And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed.
但悖逆的，和犯罪的，必一同败亡，离弃耶和华的，必致消灭。

10. As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
下雨的日子，云中虹的形状怎样，周围光辉的形状也是怎样。这就是耶和华荣耀的形像。我一看见就俯伏在地，又听见一位说话的声音。

11. And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
耶稣的名声，就传遍了加利利的四方。

12. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
天使进去，对他说，蒙大恩的女子，我问你安，主和你同在了。

13. These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
这是在约旦河外，伯大尼，（有古卷作伯大巴喇）约翰施洗的地方作的见证。

14. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
他们既然故意不认识神，神就任凭他们存邪僻的心行那些不合理的事，

15. And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
神也拣选了世上卑贱的，被人厌恶的，以及那无有的，为要废掉那有的。

16. And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.
凡事不怕敌人的惊吓。这是证明他们沉沦，你们得救，都是出于神。

17. Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
我们传扬他，是用诸般的智慧，劝戒各人，教导各人。要把各人在基督里完完全全的引到神面前。
