1. And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
神说，诸水之间要有空气，将水分为上下。

2. And Solomon went up thither to the brasen altar before the LORD, which was at the tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it.
所罗门上到耶和华面前会幕的铜坛那里，献一千牺牲为燔祭。

3. And Joseph died, and all his brethren, and all that generation.
约瑟和他的弟兄，并那一代的人都死了。

4. And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.
那人要剥去燔祭牲的皮，把燔祭牲切成块子。

5. Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
属西缅的，有苏利沙代的儿子示路蔑。

6. The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:
耶和华我们的神在何烈山晓谕我们说，你们在这山上住的日子够了。

7. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
你当刚强壮胆。因为你必使这百姓承受那地为业，就是我向他们列祖起誓应许赐给他们的地。

8. But Adonibezek fled; and they pursued after him, and caught him, and cut off his thumbs and his great toes.
亚多尼比色逃跑。他们追赶，拿住他，砍断他手脚的大姆指。

9. Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.
她就与两个儿妇起身，要从摩押地归回。因为她在摩押地，听见耶和华眷顾自己的百姓，赐粮食与他们。

10. And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.
毗尼拿见耶和华不使哈拿生育，就作她的对头，大大激动她，要使她生气。

11. And the young man that told him said, As I happened by chance upon mount Gilboa, behold, Saul leaned upon his spear; and, lo, the chariots and horsemen followed hard after him.
报信的少年人说，我偶然到基利波山，看见扫罗伏在自己枪上，有战车，马兵紧紧地追他。

12. And his father had not displeased him at any time in saying, Why hast thou done so? and he also was a very goodly man; and his mother bare him after Absalom.
他父亲素来没有使他忧闷，说，你是作什么呢。他甚俊美，生在押沙龙之后。

13. And they said unto him, There came a man up to meet us, and said unto us, Go, turn again unto the king that sent you, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that thou sendest to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron? therefore thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.
使者回答说，有一个人迎着我们来，对我们说，你们回去见差你们来的王，对他说，耶和华如此说，你差人去问以革伦神巴力西卜，岂因以色列中没有神吗。所以你必不下所上的床，必定要死。

14. And the sons of Gomer; Ashchenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
歌篾的儿子是亚实基拿，低法（低法创世记十章三节是利法），陀迦玛。

15. And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.
他们四围的人就拿银器，金子，财物，牲畜，珍宝帮助他们（原文是坚固他们的手），另外还有甘心献的礼物。

16. Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.
愿你睁眼看，侧耳听，你仆人昼夜在你面前，为你众仆人以色列民的祈祷，承认我们以色列人向你所犯的罪。我与我父家都有罪了。

17. Where were white, green, and blue, hangings, fastened with cords of fine linen and purple to silver rings and pillars of marble: the beds were of gold and silver, upon a pavement of red, and blue, and white, and black, marble.
有白色，绿色，蓝色的帐子，用细麻绳，紫色绳从银环内系在白玉石柱上。有金银的床榻摆在红，白，黄，黑玉石铺的石地上。

18. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
有一天，神的众子，来侍立在耶和华面前，撒但也来在其中。

19. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
因为耶和华知道义人的道路。恶人的道路，却必灭亡。

20. To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
使人明白箴言和譬喻，懂得智慧人的言词和谜语。

21. The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits.
风往南刮，又向北转，不住的旋转，而且返回转行原道。

22. Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
不要因日头把我晒黑了，就轻看我。我同母的弟兄向我发怒，他们使我看守葡萄园，我自己的葡萄园却没有看守。

23. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.
从脚掌到头顶，没有一处完全的。竟是伤口，青肿，与新打的伤痕。都没有收口，没有缠裹，也没有用膏滋润。

24. Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
我就说，主耶和华阿，我不知怎样说，因为我是年幼的。

25. And from the daughter of Zion all her beauty is departed: her princes are become like harts that find no pasture, and they are gone without strength before the pursuer.
锡安城（城原文作女子下同）的威荣全都失去。她的首领像找不着草场的鹿。在追赶的人前无力行走。

26. And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.
各有四个脸面，四个翅膀。

27. Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:
他们中间有犹大族的人，但以理，哈拿尼雅，米沙利，亚撒利雅。

28. And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away.
歌篾又怀孕生了一个女儿，耶和华对何西阿说，给她起名叫罗路哈玛（就是不蒙怜悯的意思），因为我必不再怜悯以色列家，决不赦免他们。

29. For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.
有一队蝗虫（原文是民）又强盛又无数，侵犯我的地。它的牙齿如狮子的牙齿，大牙如母狮的大牙。

30. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:
耶和华如此说，迦萨三番四次的犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚。因为她掳掠众民交给以东。

31. How are the things of Esau searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!
以扫的隐密处，何竟被搜寻。他隐藏的宝物何竟被查出。

32. So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.
船主到他那里对他说，你这沉睡的人哪，为何这样呢。起来，求告你的神，或者神顾念我们，使我们不致灭亡。

33. Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
所以，我必使撒玛利亚变为田野的乱堆，又作为种葡萄之处。也必将她的石头倒在谷中，露出根基来。

34. Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢。他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢。他的忿怒如火倾倒，磐石因他崩裂。

35. For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs.
我必兴起迦勒底人，就是那残忍暴躁之民，通行遍地，占据那不属自己的住处。

36. And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.
与那些转去不跟从耶和华的，和不寻求耶和华，也不访问他的。

37. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.
你们撒的种多，收的却少。你们吃，却不得饱。喝，却不得足。穿衣服，却不得暖。得工钱的，将工钱装在破漏的囊中。

38. But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us.
只是我的言语和律例，就是所吩咐我仆人众先知的，岂不临到你们列祖吗。他们就回头，说，万军之耶和华定意，按我们的行动作为，向我们怎样行，他已照妖行了。

39. A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?
藐视我名的祭司阿，万军之耶和华对你们说，儿子尊敬父亲，仆人敬畏主人。我既为父亲，尊敬我的在哪里呢。我既为主人，敬畏我的在哪里呢。你们却说，我们在何事上藐视你的名呢？

40. And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias;
耶西生大卫王。大卫从乌利亚的妻子生所罗门。

41. And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;
约翰穿骆驼毛的衣服，腰束皮带，吃的是蝗虫野蜜。

42. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
他们二人，在神面前都是义人，遵行主的一切诫命礼仪，没有可指摘的。

43. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
有一个人，是从神那里差来的，名叫约翰。

44. When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
他们聚集的时候，问耶稣说，主阿，你复兴以色列国，就在这时候吗。

45. Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
其中也有你们这蒙召属耶稣基督的人。

46. Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
正如我为基督作的见证，在你们心里得以坚固。

47. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
我们受患难呢，是为叫你们得安慰得拯救。我们得安慰呢，也是为叫你们得安慰。这安慰能叫你们忍受我们所受的那样苦楚。

48. I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
我希奇你们这吗快离开那藉着基督之恩召你们的，去从别的福音。

49. To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
使他荣耀的恩典得着称赞。这恩典是他在爱子里所赐给我们的。

50. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
我深信那在你们心里动了善工的，必成全这工，直到耶稣基督的日子。

51. Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
这福音传到你们那里，也传到普天之下，并且结果增长，如同在你们中间，自从你们听见福音，真知道神恩惠的日子一样。

52. And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:
并且你们在大难之中，蒙了圣灵所赐的喜乐，领受真道，就效法我们，也效法了主。

53. Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
神既是公义的，就必将患难报应那加患难给你们的人。

54. From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
有人偏离这些，反去讲虚浮的话。

55. Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
为此我题醒你，使你将神藉我按手所给你的恩赐，再如火挑旺起来。

56. If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
若有无可指责的人，只作一个妇人的丈夫，儿女也是信主的，没有人告诉他们是放荡不服约束的，就可以设立。

57. That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
愿你与人所同有的信心显出功效，使人知道你们各样善事都是为基督作的。

58. And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
再者，神使长子到世上来的时候，（或作神再使长子到世上来的时候）就说，神的使者都要拜他。

59. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
只要凭着信心求，一点不疑惑。因为那疑惑的人，就像海中的波浪，被风吹动翻腾。

60. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
因此，你们是大有喜乐，但如今，在百般的试炼中暂时忧愁。

61. And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
有了知识，又要加上节制。有了节制，又要加上忍耐。有了忍耐，又要加上虔敬。

62. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
我们若说是与神相交，却仍在黑暗里行，就是说谎话，不行真理了。

63. And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
我们若照他的命令行，这就是爱。你们从起初所听见当行的，就是这命令。

64. Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:
他们在教会面前证明了你的爱。你若配得过神，帮住他们往前行，这就好了。

65. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
又有不守本位，离开自己住处的天使，主用锁链把他们永远拘留在黑暗里，等候大日的审判。

66. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
又使我们成为国民，作他父神的祭司。但愿荣耀权能归给他，直到永永远远。阿们。
