1. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
神说，天下的水要聚在一处，使旱地露出来。事就这样成了。

2. Now, O LORD God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.
耶和华神阿，现在求你成就向我父大卫所应许的话。因你立我作这民的王，他们如同地上尘沙那样多。

3. And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we:
对他的百姓说，看哪，这以色列民比我们还多，又比我们强盛。

4. But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
但燔祭的脏腑与腿要用水洗。祭司就要把一切全烧在坛上，当作燔祭，献与耶和华为馨香的火祭。

5. Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.
属西布伦的，有希伦的儿子以利押。

6. And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:
那时，我对你们说，管理你们的重任，我独自担当不起。

7. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
我岂没有吩咐你吗。你当刚强壮胆。不要惧怕，也不要惊惶。因为你无论往哪里去，耶和华你的神必与你同在。

8. And afterward the children of Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites, that dwelt in the mountain, and in the south, and in the valley.
后来犹大人下去，与住山地，南地，和高原的迦南人争战。

9. The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept.
愿耶和华使你们各在新夫家中得平安。于是，拿俄米与她们亲嘴。她们就放声而哭，

10. So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the LORD.
他们在示罗吃喝完了，哈拿就站起来。祭司以利在耶和华殿的门框旁边，坐在自己的位上。

11. He said unto me again, Stand, I pray thee, upon me, and slay me: for anguish is come upon me, because my life is yet whole in me.
他说，请你来，将我杀死。因为痛苦抓住我，我的生命尚存。

12. And Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by the stone of Zoheleth, which is by Enrogel, and called all his brethren the king's sons, and all the men of Judah the king's servants:
一日，亚多尼雅在隐罗结旁，琐希列磐石那里宰了牛羊，肥犊，请他的诸弟兄，就是王的众子，并所有作王臣仆的犹大人。

13. Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down.
于是，王差遣五十夫长，带领五十人去见以利亚，他就上到以利亚那里。以利亚正坐在山顶上。五十夫长对他说，神人哪，王吩咐你下来。

14. And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
古实的儿子是西巴，哈腓拉，撒弗他，拉玛，撒弗提迦。拉玛的儿子是示巴，底但。

15. And this is the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,
器皿的数目记在下面。金盘三十个，银盘一千个，刀二十九把，

16. But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.
但你们若归向我，谨守遵行我的诫命，你们被赶散的人虽在天涯，我也必从那里将他们招聚回来，带到我所选择立为我名的居所。

17. Also Vashti the queen made a feast for the women in the royal house which belonged to king Ahasuerus.
王后瓦实提在亚哈随鲁王的宫内，也为妇女设摆筵席。

18. Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
撒但回答耶和华说，约伯敬畏神，岂是无故呢。

19. For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.
因为这要作为你头上的华冠，项上的金链。

20. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
已有的事，后必再有。已行的事，后必再行。日光之下并无新事。

21. I have compared thee, O my love, to a company of horses in Pharaoh's chariots.
我的佳偶，我将你比法老车上套的骏马。

22. Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
若不是万军之耶和华给我们稍留馀种，我们早以像所多玛，蛾摩拉的样子了。

23. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
于是耶和华伸手按我的口，对我说，我已将当说的话传给你。

24. Her filthiness is in her skirts; she remembereth not her last end; therefore she came down wonderfully: she had no comforter. O LORD, behold my affliction: for the enemy hath magnified himself.
她的污秽是在衣襟上。她不思想自己的结局，所以非常地败落，无人安慰她。她说，耶和华阿，求你看我的苦难，因为仇敌夸大。

25. Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
翅膀彼此相接，行走并不转身，俱各直往前行。

26. Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.
神使但以理在太监长眼前蒙恩惠，受怜悯。

27. Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.
耶和华说，给他起名叫罗阿米（就是非我民的意思），因为你们不作我的子民，我也不作你们的神。

28. The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD's ministers, mourn.
素祭和奠祭从耶和华的殿中断绝。事奉耶和华的祭司都悲哀。

29. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:
耶和华如此说，推罗三番四次的犯罪，我必不免去她的刑罚。因为她将众民交给以东，并不记念弟兄的盟约。

30. And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.
毯螅哪，你的勇士必惊惶，甚至以扫山的人，都被杀戮剪除。

31. And he said unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land.
他说，我是希伯来人。我敬畏耶和华，那创造沧海旱地之天上的神。

32. For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
因为撒玛利亚的伤痕无法医治，延及犹大和耶路撒冷我民的城门。

33. What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.
尼尼微人哪，设何谋攻击耶和华呢。他必将你们灭绝净尽。灾难不再兴起。

34. They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand.
都为行强暴而来。定住脸面向前，将掳掠的人聚集，多如尘沙。

35. In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit.
到那日，我必惩罚一切跳过门槛，将强暴和诡诈得来之物充满主人房屋的。

36. Ye looked for much, and lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.
你们盼望多得，所得的却少。你们收到家中，我就吹去。这是为什么呢，因为我的殿荒凉，你们各人却顾（原文作奔）自己的房屋。这是万军之耶和华说的。

37. Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be.
我对与我说话的天使说，主阿，这是什么意思。他说，我要指示你这是什么意思。

38. And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts.
现在我劝你们恳求神，他好施恩与我们。这妄献的事，既由你们经手，他岂能看你们的情面吗。这是万军之耶和华说的。

39. And Ozias begat Joatham; and Joatham begat Achaz; and Achaz begat Ezekias;
乌西亚生约坦。约坦生亚哈斯。亚哈斯生希西家。

40. And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
那时，耶稣从加利利的拿撒勒来，在约旦河里受了约翰的洗。

41. According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord.
照祭司的规矩掣签，得进主殿烧香。

42. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
那光是真光，照亮一切生在世上的人。

43. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
说了这话，他们正看的时候，他就被取上升，有一朵云彩把他接去，便看不见他了。

44. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
我在他儿子福音上，用心灵所事奉的神，可以见证我怎样不住的题到你们，

45. God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
神是信实的，你们原是被他所召，好与他儿子，我们的主耶稣基督，一同得分。

46. But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
自己心里也断定是必死的，叫我们不靠自己，只靠叫死人复活的神。

47. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
我们已经说了，现在又说，若有人传福音给你们，与你们所领受的不同，他就应当被咒诅。

48. Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
都是照他自己所豫定的美意，叫我们知道他旨意的奥秘，

49. And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
我所祷告的，就是要你们的爱心，在知识和各样见识上，多而又多。

50. For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
因此，我们自从听见的日子，也就为你们不住的祷告祈求，愿你们在一切属灵的智慧悟性上，满心知道神的旨意。

51. For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
因为他们自己已经报明我们是怎样进到你们那里，你们是怎样离弃偶像归向神，要服事那又真又活的神，

52. Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
他们要受刑罚，就是永远沉沦，离开主的面和他权能的荣光。

53. Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
因为律法不是为义人设立的，乃是为不法和不服的，不虔诚和犯罪的，不圣洁和恋世俗的，弑父母和杀人的，

54. Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
神救了我们，以圣召召我们，不是按我们的行为，乃是按他的旨意，和恩典。这恩典是万古之先，在基督耶稣里赐给我们的。

55. Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
坚守所教真实的道理，就能将纯正的教训劝化人。又能把争辩的人驳倒了。

56. Yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.
然而像我这有年纪的保罗，现在又是为基督耶稣被囚的，宁可凭爱心求你。

57. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
你喜爱公义，恨恶罪恶。所以神就是你的神，用喜乐油膏你，胜过膏你的同伴。

58. Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
卑微的弟兄升高，就该喜乐。

59. Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
并且得着你们信心的果效，就是灵魂的救恩。

60. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
人若没有这几样，就是眼瞎，只看见近处的，忘了他旧日的罪已经得了洁净。

61. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
我们若认自己的罪，神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。

62. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
凡越过基督教训，不常守着的，就没有神。常守这教训的，就有父又有子。

63. I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.
我曾略略的写信给教会。但那在教会中好为首的丢特腓不接待我们。

64. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
天使长米迦勒，为摩西的尸首与魔鬼争辩的时候，尚且不敢用毁谤的话罪责他，只说，主责备你吧。

65. I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
我约翰就是你们的弟兄，和你们在耶稣的患难，国度，忍耐里一同有分。为神的道，并为给耶稣作的见证，曾在那名叫拔摩的海岛上。
