1. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
第三道河名叫西底结，流在亚述的东边。第四道河就是幼发拉底河。

2. And he said, Who made thee a prince and a judge over us? intendest thou to kill me, as thou killedst the Egyptian? And Moses feared, and said, Surely this thing is known.
那人说，谁立你作我们的首领和审判官呢，难道你要杀我，像杀那埃及人吗。摩西便惧怕，说，这事必是被人知道了。

3. And if thou offer a meat offering of thy firstfruits unto the LORD, thou shalt offer for the meat offering of thy firstfruits green ears of corn dried by the fire, even corn beaten out of full ears.
若向耶和华献初熟之物为素祭，要献上烘了的禾穗子，就是轧了的新穗子，当作初熟之物的素祭。

4. Then the tribe of Gad: and the captain of the sons of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel.
又有迦得支派。丢珥的儿子以利雅萨作迦得人的首领。

5. And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD sware unto them.
自从离开加低斯巴尼亚，到过了撒烈溪的时候，共有三十八年，等那世代的兵丁都从营中灭尽，正如耶和华向他们所起的誓。

6. And the men answered her, Our life for yours, if ye utter not this our business. And it shall be, when the LORD hath given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with thee.
二人对她说，你若不泄漏我们这件事，我们情愿替你们死。耶和华将这地赐给我们的时候，我们必以慈爱诚实待你。

7. And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.
耶和华的怒气向以色列人发作，就把他们交在抢夺他们的人手中，又将他们付与四围仇敌的手中，甚至他们在仇敌面前再不能站立得住。

8. And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left.
到了吃饭的时候，波阿斯对路得说，你到这里来吃饼，将饼蘸在醋里。路得就在收割的人旁边坐下，他们把烘了的穗子递给她。她吃饱了，还有馀剩的。

9. And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the fleshhook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh unto all the Israelites that came thither.
将叉子往罐里，或鼎里，或釜里，或锅里一插，插上来的肉，祭司都取了去。凡上到示罗的以色列人，他们都是这样看待。

10. And Abner said to Joab, Let the young men now arise, and play before us. And Joab said, Let them arise.
押尼珥对约押说，让少年人起来，在我们面前戏耍吧。约押说，可以。

11. He said moreover, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And she said, Say on.
又说，我有话对你说。拔示巴说，你说吧。

12. And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.
他用以利亚身上掉下来的外衣打水，说，耶和华以利亚的神在哪里呢。打水之后，水也左右分开，以利沙就过来了。

13. Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,
四子拿坦业，五子拉代，

14. The son of a woman of the daughters of Dan, and his father was a man of Tyre, skilful to work in gold, and in silver, in brass, in iron, in stone, and in timber, in purple, in blue, and in fine linen, and in crimson; also to grave any manner of graving, and to find out every device which shall be put to him, with thy cunning men, and with the cunning men of my lord David thy father.
是但支派一个妇人的儿子。他父亲是推罗人，他善用金，银，铜，铁，石，木，和紫色，蓝色，朱红色线与细麻制造各物，并精于雕刻，又能想出各样的巧工。请你派定这人，与你的巧匠和你父，我主大卫的巧匠一同做工。

15. The children of Bigvai, two thousand fifty and six.
比革瓦伊的子孙二千零五十六名。

16. Then I went on to the gate of the fountain, and to the king's pool: but there was no place for the beast that was under me to pass.
我又往前，到了泉门和王池，但所骑的牲口没有地方过去。

17. In the evening she went, and on the morrow she returned into the second house of the women, to the custody of Shaashgaz, the king's chamberlain, which kept the concubines: she came in unto the king no more, except the king delighted in her, and that she were called by name.
晚上进去，次日回到女子第二院，交给掌管妃嫔的太监沙甲。除非王喜爱她，再提名召她，就不再进去见王。

18. Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;
喜欢作恶，喜爱恶人的乖僻。

19. The wise man's eyes are in his head; but the fool walketh in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth to them all.
智慧人的眼目光明，（光明原文作在他头上）愚昧人在黑暗里行。我却看明有一件事，这两等人都必遇见。

20. O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.
我的鸽子阿，你在磐石穴中，在陡岩的隐密处。求你容我得见你的面貌，得听你的声音。因为你的声音柔和，你的面貌秀美。

21. And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
又临到一切高山的峻岭。

22. For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
没有律法的外邦人，若顺着本性行律法上的事，他们虽然没有律法，自己就是自己的律法。

23. Is Israel a servant? is he a homeborn slave? why is he spoiled?
以色列是仆人吗。是家中生的奴仆吗。为何成为掠物呢。

24. Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity; but have seen for thee false burdens and causes of banishment.
你的先知为你见虚假和愚昧的异象，并没有显露你的罪孽，使你被掳的归回。却为你见虚假的默示和使你被赶出本境的缘故。

25. Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the captain of the king's guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon:
王的护卫长亚略出来，要杀巴比伦的哲士，但以理就用婉言回答他，

26. Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.
后来我必劝导她，领她到旷野，对她说安慰的话。

27. Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?
或者他转意后悔，留下馀福，就是留下献给耶和华你们神的素祭，和奠祭，也未可知。

28. Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself:
快跑的不能逃脱，有力的不能用力，刚勇的也不能自救。

29. For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
认识耶和华荣耀的知识，要充满遍地，好像水充满洋海一般。

30. And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, all the beasts of the nations: both the cormorant and the bittern shall lodge in the upper lintels of it; their voice shall sing in the windows; desolation shall be in the thresholds: for he shall uncover the cedar work.
群畜，就是各国（国或作类）的走兽必卧在其中。鹈鹕和箭猪要宿在柱顶上在窗户内有呜叫的声音。门槛都必毁坏。香柏木已经露出。

31. Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.
于是哈该说，耶和华说，这民这国，在我面前也是如此。他们手下的各样工作，都是如此。他们在坛上所献的也是如此。

32. Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
你们还说，这是为什么呢。因耶和华在你和你幼年所娶的妻中间作见证。她虽是你的配偶，又是你盟约的妻，你却以诡诈待她。

33. When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
约瑟就起来，夜间带着小孩子和他母亲往埃及去。

34. And as he passed by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
耶稣经过的时候，看见亚勒腓的儿子利未，坐在税关上，就对他说，你跟从我来。他就起来跟从了耶稣。

35. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
在至高之处荣耀归与神，在地上平安归与他所喜悦的人。（有古卷作喜悦归与人）。

36. And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
看见殿里有卖牛羊鸽子的，并有兑换银钱的人，坐在那里。

37. But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
彼得和十一个使徒，站起，高声说，犹太人，和一切住在耶路撒冷的人哪，这些事你们当知道，也当侧耳听我的话。

38. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
然而属血气的人不领会神圣灵的事，反倒以为愚拙。并且不能知道，因为这些事惟有属灵的人才能看透。

39. Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
感谢神，常帅领我们在基督里夸胜，并藉着我们在各处显扬那因认识基督而有的香气。

40. But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?
但我一看他们行的不正，与福音的真理不合，就在众人面前对矶法说，你既是犹太人，若随外邦人行事，不随犹太人行事，怎吗还勉强外邦人随犹太人呢。

41. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
因他使我们和睦，（原文作因他是我们的和睦）将两下合而为一，拆毁了中间隔断的墙。

42. Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
凡所行的，都不要发怨言，起争论，

43. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
又涂抹了在律例上所写，攻击我们有碍于我们的字据，把他撤去，钉在十字架上。

44. For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:
弟兄们，你们曾效法犹太中，在基督耶稣里神的各教会。因为你们也受了本地人的苦害，像他们受了犹太人的苦害一样。

45. Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
神藉我们所传的福音，召你们到这地步，好得着我们主耶稣基督的荣光。

46. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
且不是亚当被引诱，乃是女人被引诱，陷在罪里。

47. Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
你要使众人回想这些事，在主面前嘱咐他们，不可为言语争辩。这事没有益处的，只能败坏听见的人。

48. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
他为我们舍了自己，要赎我们脱离一切罪恶，又洁净我们，特作自己的子民，热心为善。

49. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
儿女既同有血肉之体，他也照样亲自成了血肉之体。特要藉着死，败坏那掌死权的，就是魔鬼。

50. What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
我的弟兄们，若有人说，自己有信心，却没有行为，有什么益处呢。这信心能救他吗。

51. Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
或是君王所派罚恶赏善的臣宰。

52. Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
他们满眼是淫色（淫色原文作淫妇），止不住犯罪。引诱那心不坚固的人，心中习惯了贪婪，正是被咒诅的种类。

53. I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
父老阿，我曾写信给你们，因为你们认识那从起初原有的。少年人哪，我曾写信给你们，因为你们刚强，神的道常存在你们心里，你们也胜了那恶者。

54. But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
然而有几件事我要责备你，因为在你那里，有人服从巴兰的教训。这巴兰曾教导巴勒将绊脚石放在以色列人面前，叫他们吃祭偶像之物，行奸淫的事。
