1. And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
耶和华神将那人安置在伊甸园，使他修理看守。

2. Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well.
法老听见这事，就想杀摩西，但摩西躲避法老，逃往米甸地居住。

3. And thou shalt put oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon: it is a meat offering.
并要抹上油，加上乳香，这是素祭。

4. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and five thousand and six hundred and fifty.
他军队被数的，共有四万五千六百五十名，

5. For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed.
耶和华的手也攻击他们，将他们从营中除灭，直到灭尽。

6. Then she let them down by a cord through the window: for her house was upon the town wall, and she dwelt upon the wall.
于是女人用绳子将二人从窗户里缒下去。因她的房子是在城墙边上，她也住在城墙上。

7. Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had said, and as the LORD had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed.
他们无论往何处去，耶和华都以灾祸攻击他们，正如耶和华所说的话，又如耶和华向他们所起的誓。他们便极其困苦。

8. And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not:
她起来又拾取麦穗，波阿斯吩咐仆人说，她就是在捆中拾取麦穗，也可以容她，不可羞辱她。

9. Also before they burnt the fat, the priest's servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.
又在未烧脂油以前，祭司的仆人就来对献祭的人说，将肉给祭司，叫他烤吧。他不要煮过的，要生的。

10. Then there arose and went over by number twelve of Benjamin, which pertained to Ishbosheth the son of Saul, and twelve of the servants of David.
就按着定数起来，属扫罗儿子伊施波设的便雅悯人过去十二名，大卫的仆人也过去十二名，

11. And he said, Thou knowest that the kingdom was mine, and that all Israel set their faces on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become my brother's: for it was his from the LORD.
亚多尼雅说，你知道国原是归我的，以色列众人也都仰望我作王，不料，国反归了我兄弟，因他得国是出乎耶和华。

12. And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
住耶利哥的先知门徒从对面看见他，就说，感动以利亚的灵感动以利沙了。他们就来迎接他，在他面前俯伏于地，

13. Ozem the sixth, David the seventh:
六子阿鲜，七子大卫。

14. Now therefore the wheat, and the barley, the oil, and the wine, which my lord hath spoken of, let him send unto his servants:
我主所说的小麦，大麦，酒，油，愿我主运来给众仆人。

15. The children of Adin, four hundred fifty and four.
亚丁的子孙四百五十四名。

16. Then went I up in the night by the brook, and viewed the wall, and turned back, and entered by the gate of the valley, and so returned.
于是夜间沿溪而上，察看城墙，又转身进入谷门，就回来了。

17. Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.
末底改叔叔亚比孩的女儿，就是末底改收为自己女儿的以斯帖，按次序当进去见王的时候，除了掌管女子的太监希该所派定给她的，她别无所求。凡看见以斯帖的都喜悦她。

18. Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:
在他们的道中弯曲，在他们的路上偏僻。

19. Then said I in my heart, As it happeneth to the fool, so it happeneth even to me; and why was I then more wise? Then I said in my heart, that this also is vanity.
我就心里说，愚昧人所遇见的，我也必遇见。我为何更有智慧呢。我心里说，这也是虚空。

20. Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.
要给我们擒拿狐狸，就是毁坏葡萄园的小狐狸。因为我们的葡萄正在开花。

21. And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
又临到高台和坚固城墙。

22. Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
这是显出律法的功用刻在他们心里，他们是非之心同作见证，并且他们的思念互相较量，或以为是，或以为非

23. The young lions roared upon him, and yelled, and they made his land waste: his cities are burned without inhabitant.
少壮狮子向他咆哮，大声吼叫，使他的地荒凉。城邑也都焚烧，无人居住。

24. All that pass by clap their hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?
凡过路的都向你拍掌。他们向耶路撒冷城嗤笑，摇头，说，难道人所称为全美的，称为全地所喜悦的，就是这城吗。

25. He answered and said to Arioch the king's captain, Why is the decree so hasty from the king? Then Arioch made the thing known to Daniel.
向王的护卫长亚略说，王的命令为何这样紧急呢。亚略就将情节告诉但以理。

26. And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
她从那里出来。我必赐她葡萄园，又赐她亚割谷作为指望的门，她必在那里应声（或作歌唱），与幼年的日子一样，与从埃及地上来的时候相同。

27. Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:
你们要在锡安吹角，分定禁食的日子，宣告严肃会。

28. Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.
拿弓的不能站立，腿快的不能逃脱。骑马的也不能自救。

29. Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!
给人酒喝，又加上毒物，使他喝醉，好看见他下体的，有祸了。

30. This is the rejoicing city that dwelt carelessly, that said in her heart, I am, and there is none beside me: how is she become a desolation, a place for beasts to lie down in! every one that passeth by her shall hiss, and wag his hand.
这是素来欢乐安然居住的城，心里说，惟有我，除我以外再没有别的。现在何竟荒凉，成为野兽躺卧之处。凡经过的人都必摇手嗤笑她。

31. And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of the LORD:
现在你们要追想，此日以前，耶和华的殿，没有一块石头垒在石头上的光景。

32. And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
虽然神有灵的馀力能造多人，他不是单造一人吗。为何只造一人呢。乃是他愿人得虔诚的后裔。所以当谨守你们的心，谁也不可以诡诈待幼年所娶的妻。

33. And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
住在那里，直到希律死了。这是要应验主藉着先知所说的话，说，我从埃及召出我的儿子来。

34. And it came to pass, that, as Jesus sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him.
耶稣在利未家里坐席的时候，有好些税吏和罪人，与耶稣并门徒一同坐席。因为这样的人多，他们也跟随耶稣。

35. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
众天使离开他们升天去了，牧羊的人彼此说，我们往伯利恒去，看看所成的事，就是主所指示我们的。

36. And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
耶稣就拿绳子作成鞭子，把牛羊都赶出殿去。倒出兑换银钱之人的银钱，推翻他们的桌子。

37. For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
你们想这些人是醉了，其实不是醉了，因为时候刚到巳初。

38. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
属灵的人能看透万事，却没有一人能看透了他。

39. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
因为我们在婉面前，无论在得救的人身上，或灭亡的人身上，都有基督馨香之气。

40. We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,
我们这生来的犹太人，不是外邦的罪人，

41. Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
而且以自己的身体，废掉冤仇，就是那记在律法上的规条。为要将两下，藉着自己造成一个新人，如此便成就了和睦。

42. That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
使你们无可指摘，诚实无伪，在这弯曲悖谬的世代，作神无瑕无疵的儿女。你们显在这世代中，好像明光照耀，

43. And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
既将一切执政的掌权的掳来，明显给众人看，就仗着十字架夸胜。

44. Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:
这犹太人杀了主耶稣和先知，又把我们赶出去。他们不得神的喜悦，且与众人为敌。

45. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
所以弟兄们，你们要站立得稳，凡所领受的教训，不拘是我们口传的，是信上写的，都要坚守。

46. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
然而女人若常存信心爱心，又圣洁自守，就必在生产上得救。

47. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
你当竭力，在神面前得蒙喜悦，作无愧的工人，按着正意分解真理的道。

48. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
这些事你要讲明，劝戒人，用各等权柄责备人。不可叫人轻看你。

49. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
并要释放那些一生因怕死而为奴仆的人。

50. If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
若是弟兄，或是姐妹，赤身露体，又缺了日用的饮食，

51. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
因为神的旨意原是要你们行善，可以堵住那糊涂无知人的口。

52. Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
他们离弃正路，就走差了，随从比珥之子巴兰的路，巴兰就是那贪爱不义之工价的先知。

53. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
不要爱世界，和世界上的事。人若爱世界，爱父的心就不在他里面了。

54. So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.
你那里也有人照样服从了尼哥拉一党人的教训。
