1. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
只是分别善恶树上的果子，你不可吃，因为你吃的日子必定死。

2. And the shepherds came and drove them away: but Moses stood up and helped them, and watered their flock.
有牧羊的人来，把她们赶走了，摩西却起来帮助她们，又饮了她们的群羊。

3. Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall set forward with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camp: as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place by their standards.
随后，会幕要往前行，有利未营在诸营中间。他们怎样安营就怎样往前行，各按本位，各归本纛。

4. That the LORD spake unto me, saying,
耶和华吩咐我说，

5. And the men said unto her, We will be blameless of this thine oath which thou hast made us swear.
二人对她说，你要这样行。不然，你叫我们所起的誓就与我们无干了。

6. And yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of the LORD; but they did not so.
他们却不听从士师，竟随从叩拜别神，行了邪淫，速速地偏离他们列祖所行的道，不如他们列祖顺从耶和华的命令。

7. So she gleaned in the field until even, and beat out that she had gleaned: and it was about an ephah of barley.
这样，路得在田间拾取麦穗，直到晚上，将所拾取的打了，约有一伊法大麦。

8. Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD: for men abhorred the offering of the LORD.
如此，这二少年人的罪在耶和华面前甚重了，因为他们藐视耶和华的祭物（或作他们使人厌弃给耶和华献祭）。

9. And there was a very sore battle that day; and Abner was beaten, and the men of Israel, before the servants of David.
那日的战事凶猛，押尼珥和以色列人败在大卫的仆人面前。

10. And he said, Speak, I pray thee, unto Solomon the king, (for he will not say thee nay,) that he give me Abishag the Shunammite to wife.
他说，求你请所罗门王将书念的女子亚比煞赐我为妻，因他必不推辞你。

11. And when they urged him till he was ashamed, he said, Send. They sent therefore fifty men; and they sought three days, but found him not.
他们再三催促他，他难以推辞，就说，你们打发人去吧。他们便打发五十人去，寻梢了三天，也没有找着。

12. And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmeelite.
亚比该生亚玛撒。亚玛撒的父亲是以实玛利人益帖。

13. And Solomon numbered all the strangers that were in the land of Israel, after the numbering wherewith David his father had numbered them; and they were found an hundred and fifty thousand and three thousand and six hundred.
所罗门仿照他父大卫数点住在以色列地所有寄居的外邦人，共有十五万三千六百名。

14. The children of Bezai, three hundred twenty and three.
比赛的子孙三百二十三名。

15. Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.
以后，我对他们说，我们所遭的难，耶路撒冷怎样荒凉，城门被火焚烧，你们都看见了。来吧，我们重建耶路撒冷的城墙，免得再受凌辱。

16. And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
王爱以斯帖过于爱众女，她在王眼前蒙宠爱比众处女更甚。王就把王后的冠冕戴在她头上，立她为王后，代替瓦实提。

17. Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.
他离弃幼年的配偶，忘了神的盟约。

18. Therefore I hated life; because the work that is wrought under the sun is grievous unto me: for all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
我所以恨恶生命，因为在日光之下所行的事我都以为烦恼。都是虚空，都是捕风。

19. Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.
我的良人哪，求你等到天起凉风，日影飞去的时候，你要转回，好像羚羊，或像小鹿在比特山上。

20. And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
骄傲的必屈膝，狂妄的必降卑。在那日，惟独耶和华被尊崇。

21. Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,
你称为犹太人，又倚靠律法，且指着神夸口。

22. Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, when he led thee by the way?
这事临到你身上，不是你自招的吗。不是因耶和华你神引你行路的时候，你离弃他吗。

23. The LORD hath done that which he had devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused thine enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.
耶和华成就了他所定的，应验了他古时所命定的。他倾覆了，并不顾惜，使你的仇敌向你夸耀。使你敌人的角也被高举。

24. Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions:
但以理回到他的居所，将这事告诉他的同伴哈拿尼雅，米沙利，亚撒利雅，

25. For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.
因为我必从我民的口中除掉诸巴力的名号，这名号不再提起。

26. Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?
事奉耶和华的祭司，要在廊子和祭坛中间哭泣，说，耶和华阿，求你顾惜你的百姓，不要使你的产业受羞辱，列邦管辖他们。为何容列国的人说，他们的神在那里呢。

27. For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
你向黎巴嫩行强暴，与残害惊吓野兽的事，必遮盖你。因你杀人流血，向国内的城，并城中一切居民，施行强暴。

28. I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the labours of your hands; yet ye turned not to me, saith the LORD.
在你们手下的各样工作上，我以旱风，霉烂，冰雹，攻击你们。你们仍不归向我。这是耶和华说的。

29. Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?
你们用言语烦琐耶和华，你们还说，我们在何事上烦琐他呢。因为你们说，凡行恶的，耶和华眼看为善，并且他喜悦他们。或说，公义的神在哪里呢。

30. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying,
这就应了先知耶利米的话，说，

31. When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
耶稣听见，就对他们说，健康的人用不着医生，有病的人才用得着。我来本不是召义人，乃是召罪人。

32. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.
既然看见，就把天使论这孩子的话传开了。

33. And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.
他的门徒就想起经上记着说，我为你的殿，心里焦急，如同火烧。

34. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
神说，在末后的日子，我要将我的灵浇灌凡有血气的。你们的儿女要说预言。你们的少年人要见异象。老年人要作异梦。

35. For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
我们不像那许多人，为利混乱神的道。乃是由于诚实，由于神，在神面前凭着基督讲道。

36. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
我们若求在基督里称义，却仍旧是罪人，难道基督是叫人犯罪的吗。断乎不是。

37. And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
并且来传和平的福音给你们远处的人，也给那近处的人。

38. Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.
我以你们的信心为供献的祭物。我若被浇奠在其上，也是喜乐，并且与你们众人一同喜乐。

39. Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
这些原是后事的影儿。那形体却是基督。

40. But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
弟兄们，我们暂时与你们离别，是面目离别，心里却不离别，我们极力的想法子，很愿意见你们的面。

41. Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
安慰你们的心，并且在一切善行善言上，坚固你们。

42. And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
他们的话如同毒疮，越烂越大。其中有许米乃和腓理徒。

43. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
所以他凡事该与他的弟兄相同，为要在神的事上，成为慈悲忠信的大祭司，为百姓的罪献上挽回祭。

44. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
这样信心若没有行为就是死的。

45. Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.
务要尊敬众人。亲爱教中的弟兄。敬畏神。尊敬君王。

46. These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
这些人是无水的井，是狂风催逼的雾气，有墨黑的幽暗为他们存留。

47. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
这世界，和其上的情欲，都要过去。唯独遵行神旨意的，是永远常存。

48. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
圣灵向众教会所说的话，凡有耳的就应当听。得胜的，我必将那隐藏的吗哪赐给他。并赐他一块白石，石上写着新名。除了那领受的以外。没有人能认识。
