1. Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us.
惟有亚扪人之地，凡靠近雅博河的地，并山地的城邑，与耶和华我们神所禁止我们去的地方，都没有挨近。

2. For it shall be, that on the day thou goest out, and passest over the brook Kidron, thou shalt know for certain that thou shalt surely die: thy blood shall be upon thine own head.
你当确实地知道，你何日出来过汲沦溪，何日必死。你的罪（原文作血）必归到自己的头上。

3. And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,
撒拔生以弗拉。以弗拉生俄备得。

4. The children of Immer, a thousand fifty and two.
音麦的子孙一千零五十二名。

5. Yea, thou shalt go forth from him, and thine hands upon thine head: for the LORD hath rejected thy confidences, and thou shalt not prosper in them.
你也必两手抱头从埃及出来。因为耶和华已经弃绝你所倚靠的，你必不因他们得顺利。

6. Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.
王阿，你是诸王之王。天上的神已将国度，权柄，能力，尊荣都赐给你。

7. And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
现在已经八十四岁，（或作就寡居了八十四年）并不离开圣殿，禁食祈求，昼夜事奉神。

8. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
众人听见这话，觉得扎心，就对彼得和其馀的使徒说，弟兄们，我们当怎样行。
