1. And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Did I not make thee to swear by the LORD, and protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day thou goest out, and walkest abroad any whither, that thou shalt surely die? and thou saidst unto me, The word that I have heard is good.
王就差遣人将示每召了来，对他说，我岂不是叫你指着耶和华起誓，并且警戒你说你当确实地知道，你哪日出来往别处去，那日必死吗。你也对我说，这话甚好，我必听从。

2. Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
耶拉篾兄弟迦勒的长子米沙，是西弗之祖玛利沙的儿子，是希伯仑之祖。

3. The children of the porters: the children of Shallum, the children of Ater, the children of Talmon, the children of Akkub, the children of Hatita, the children of Shobai, in all an hundred thirty and nine.
守门的，沙龙的子孙，亚特的子孙，达们的子孙，亚谷的子孙，哈底大的子孙，朔拜的子孙，共一百三十九名。

4. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
那脚指头，既是半铁半泥，那国也必半强半弱。

5. And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
当他十二岁的时候，他们按着节期的规矩上去。

6. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
都恒心遵守使徒的教训，彼此交接，擘饼，祈祷。
