1. But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
只是看不中该隐和他的供物。该隐就大大地发怒，变了脸色。

2. That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.
如此好叫他们信耶和华他们祖宗的神，就是亚伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神，是向你显现了。

3. And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation:
受膏的祭司要取些公牛的血带到会幕，

4. And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:
起营的时候，亚伦和他儿子要进去摘下遮掩柜的幔子，用以蒙盖法柜，

5. Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
我照着耶和华我神所吩咐的将律例典章教训你们，使你们在所要进去得为业的地上遵行。

6. And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the LORD your God into the midst of Jordan, and take you up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel:
对他们说，你们下约旦河中，过到耶和华你们神的约柜前头，按着以色列人十二支派的数目，每人取一块石头扛在肩上。

7. And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
她住在以法莲山地拉玛和伯特利中间，在底波拉的棕树下。以色列人都上她那里去听判断。

8. Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance.
波阿斯说，你从拿俄米手中买这地的时候，也当娶（原文作买十节同）死人的妻摩押女子路得，使死人在产业上存留他的名。

9. And when the ark of the covenant of the LORD came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth rang again.
耶和华的约柜到了营中，以色列众人就大声欢呼，地便震动。

10. And the sons of Rimmon the Beerothite, Rechab and Baanah, went, and came about the heat of the day to the house of Ishbosheth, who lay on a bed at noon.
一日，比录人临门的两个儿子利甲和巴拿出去，约在午热的时候到了伊施波设的家。伊施波设正睡午觉。

11. And Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers: and Zabud the son of Nathan was principal officer, and the king's friend:
拿单的儿子亚撒利雅作众吏长，王的朋友拿单的儿子撒布得作领袖，

12. So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out.
于是，妇人离开以利沙去了，关上门，自己和儿子在里面。儿子把器皿拿来，她就倒油。

13. And Ashur the father of Tekoa had two wives, Helah and Naarah.
提哥亚之祖亚施户有两个妻子，一名希拉，一名拿拉。

14. And the thickness of it was an handbreadth, and the brim of it like the work of the brim of a cup, with flowers of lilies; and it received and held three thousand baths.
海厚一掌，边如杯边，又如百合花，可容三千吧特。

15. And hired counsellors against them, to frustrate their purpose, all the days of Cyrus king of Persia, even until the reign of Darius king of Persia.
从波斯王居鲁士年间，直到波斯王大流士登基的时候，贿买谋士，要败坏他们的谋算。

16. And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.
不要遮掩他们的罪孽，不要使他们的罪恶从你面前涂抹，因为他们在修造的人眼前惹动你的怒气。

17. Then called Esther for Hatach, one of the king's chamberlains, whom he had appointed to attend upon her, and gave him a commandment to Mordecai, to know what it was, and why it was.
以斯帖就把王所派伺候她的一个太监，名叫哈他革召来，吩咐他去见末底改，要知道这是什么事，是什么缘故。

18. But now it is come upon thee, and thou faintest; it toucheth thee, and thou art troubled.
但现在祸患临到你，你就昏迷，挨近你，你便惊惶。

19. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.
当献上公义的祭，又当倚靠耶和华。

20. Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
要得智慧，要得聪明。不可忘记，也不可偏离我口中的言语。

21. The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh.
愚昧人抱着手，吃自己的肉。

22. Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.
你的两乳好像百合花中吃草的一对小鹿，就是母鹿双生的。

23. And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.
耶和华也必在锡安全山，并各会众以上，使白日有烟云，黑夜有火焰的光。因为在全荣耀之上必有遮蔽。

24. And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
任你们献有酵的感谢祭，把甘心祭宣传报告给众人，因为是你们所喜爱的。这是主耶和华说的。

25. Declare ye in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem; and say, Blow ye the trumpet in the land: cry, gather together, and say, Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the defenced cities.
你们当传扬在犹大，宣告在耶路撒冷说，你们当在国中吹角，高声呼叫说，你们当聚集。我们好进入坚固城。

26. They that did feed delicately are desolate in the streets: they that were brought up in scarlet embrace dunghills.
素来吃美好食物的，现今在街上变为孤寒。素来卧朱红褥子的，现今躺卧粪堆。

27. For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
因为我已将他们作孽的年数定为你向左侧卧的日数，就是三百九十日，你要这样担当以色列家的罪孽。

28. I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
我作了一梦，使我惧怕。我在床上的思念，并脑中的异象，使我惊惶。

29. Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother.
你这祭司必日间跌倒，先知也必夜间与你一同跌倒。我必灭绝你的母亲。

30. So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city.
于是约拿出城，坐在城的东边，在那里为自己搭了一座棚，坐在棚的荫下，要看看那城究竟如何。

31. For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.
万民各奉己神的名而行。我们却永永远远奉耶和华我们神的名而行。

32. Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
与我说话的天使回答我说，你不知道这是什么意思吗。我说，主阿，我不知道。

33. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
看哪，耶和华大而可畏之日未到以前，我必差遣先知以利亚到你们那里去。

34. Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
魔鬼就带他进了圣城，叫他站在殿顶上，（顶原文作翅）

35. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:
有落在土浅石头地上的，土既不深，发苗最快。

36. And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
魔鬼又领他上了高山，霎时间把天下的万国都指给他看。

37. Then cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.
于是到了撒玛利亚的一座城，名叫叙加，靠近雅各给他儿子约瑟的那块地。

38. And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
第二天，官府，长老，和文士，在耶路撒冷聚会。

39. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
惟有不作工的，只信称罪人为义的神，他的信就算为义。

40. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
所以时候未到，什么都不要论断，只等主来，他要照出暗中的隐情，显明人心的意念。那时各人要从神那里得着称赞。

41. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
我们原不是传自己，乃是传基督耶稣为主，并且自己因耶稣作你们的仆人。

42. To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
要把律法以下的人赎出来，叫我们得着儿子的名分。

43. One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
一主，一信，一洗，

44. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
当叫众人知道你们谦让的心。主已经近了。

45. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
你们要爱惜光阴，用智慧与外人交往。

46. Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:
不放纵私欲的邪情，像那不认识神的外邦人。

47. For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
都因神的道和人的祈求，成为圣洁了。

48. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
你却要凡事谨慎，忍受苦难，作传道的工夫，尽你的职分。

49. And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
又有一处说，他们断不可进入我的安息。

50. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
你们想经上所说的是徒然的吗。神所赐住在我们里面的灵，是恋爱至于嫉妒吗。

51. Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
他们必在那将要审判活人死人的主面前交账。

52. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
他们是属世界的。所以论世界的事，世人也听从他们。

53. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
有闪电，声音，雷轰，从宝座中发出。又有七盏火灯在宝座前点着，这七灯就是神的七灵。
