1. And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
耶和华对该隐说,你兄弟亚伯在那里。他说,我不知道,我岂是看守我兄弟的吗。

2. And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.
这两个神迹若都不信,也不听你的话,你就从河里取些水,倒在旱地上,你从河里取的水必在旱地上变作血。

3. And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away,
并两个腰子和腰子上的脂油,就是靠腰两旁的脂油,与肝上的网子和腰子,一概取下,

4. And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:
要拿蓝色毯子,把灯台和灯台上所用的灯盏,剪子,腊花盘,并一切盛油的器皿,全都遮盖。

5. Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;
你只要谨慎,殷勤保守你的心灵,免得忘记你亲眼所看见的事,又免得你一生,这事离开你的心。总要传给你的子子孙孙。

6. And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.
约书亚另把十二块石头立在约旦河中,在抬约柜的祭司脚站立的地方。直到今日,那石头还在那里。

7. And she said, I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the LORD shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.
底波拉说,我必与你同去,只是你在所行的路上得不着荣耀,因为耶和华要将西西拉交在一个妇人手里。于是底波拉起来,与巴拉一同往基低斯去了。

8. And Boaz said unto the elders, and unto all the people, Ye are witnesses this day, that I have bought all that was Elimelech's, and all that was Chilion's and Mahlon's, of the hand of Naomi.
波阿斯对长老和众民说,你们今日作见证,凡属以利米勒和基连,玛伦的,我都从拿俄米手中置买了。

9. Be strong, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight.
非利士人哪,你们要刚强,要作大丈夫,免得作希伯来人的奴仆,如同他们作你们的奴仆一样。你们要作大丈夫,与他们争战。

10. And David answered Rechab and Baanah his brother, the sons of Rimmon the Beerothite, and said unto them, As the LORD liveth, who hath redeemed my soul out of all adversity,
大卫对比录人临门的儿子利甲和他兄弟巴拿说,我指着救我性命脱离一切苦难,永生的耶和华起誓,

11. The son of Dekar, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Bethshemesh, and Elonbethhanan:
在玛迦斯,沙宾,伯示麦,以伦伯哈南有便底甲。

12. And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually.
妇人对丈夫说,我看出那常从我们这里经过的是圣洁的神人。

13. And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.
雅比斯比他众弟兄更尊贵,他母亲给他起名叫雅比斯,意思说,我生他甚是痛苦。

14. Furthermore he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors of them with brass.
又建立祭司院和大院,并院门,用铜包裹门扇。

15. Then wrote Rehum the chancellor, and Shimshai the scribe, and the rest of their companions; the Dinaites, the Apharsathchites, the Tarpelites, the Apharsites, the Archevites, the Babylonians, the Susanchites, the Dehavites, and the Elamites,
省长利宏,书记伸帅,和同党的底拿人,亚法萨提迦人,他毗拉人,亚法撒人,亚基卫人,巴比伦人,书珊迦人,底亥人,以拦人,

16. Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a watch against them day and night, because of them.
然而,我们祷告我们的神,又因他们的缘故,就派人看守,昼夜防备。

17. And Hatach came and told Esther the words of Mordecai.
哈他革回来,将末底改的话告诉以斯帖。

18. By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed.
神一出气,他们就灭亡。神一发怒,他们就消没。

19. She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
他必将华冠加在你头上,把荣冕交给你。

20. Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
两个人总比一个人好,因为二人劳碌同得美好的果效。

21. Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck.
我妹子,我新妇,你夺了我的心。你用眼一看,用你项上的一条金链,夺了我的心。

22. I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
我以旱(风,霉烂攻击你们。你们园中许多菜蔬,葡萄树,无花果树,橄榄树都被剪虫所吃。你们仍不归向我。这是耶和华说的。

23. And it shall come to pass at that day, saith the LORD, that the heart of the king shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets shall wonder.
耶和华说,到那时,君王和首领的心都要消灭。祭司都要惊奇,先知都要诧异。

24. They that be slain with the sword are better than they that be slain with hunger: for these pine away, stricken through for want of the fruits of the field.
饿死的不如被刀杀的,因为这是缺了田间的土产,就身体衰弱,渐渐消灭。

25. Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
你要取小麦,大麦,豆子,红豆,小米,粗麦,装在一个器皿中,用以为自己作饼。要按你侧卧的三百九十日吃这饼。

26. O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.
术士的领袖伯提沙撒阿,因我知道你里头有圣神的灵,什么奥秘的事都不能使你为难。现在要把我梦中所见的异象和梦的讲解告诉我。

27. And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings.
将来民如何,祭司也必如何,我必因他们所行的惩罚他们,照他们所做的报应他们。

28. And God said to Jonah, Doest thou well to be angry for the gourd? And he said, I do well to be angry, even unto death.
神对约拿说,你因这棵蓖麻发怒合乎理吗。他说,我发怒以至于死合乎理。

29. Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.
现在你为何大声哭号呢。疼痛抓住你彷佛产难的妇人。是因你中间没有君王吗。你的谋士灭亡了吗。

30. The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
所罗巴伯的手,立了这殿的根基。他的手也必完成这工。你就知道万军之耶和华差遣我到你们这里来了。

31. And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
对他说,你若俯伏拜我,我就把这一切都赐给你。

32. And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
又说,有耳可听的,就应当听。

33. And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:
魔鬼又领他到耶路撒冷去,叫他站在殿顶上,(顶原文作翅)对他说,你若是神的儿子,可以从这里跳下去。

34. Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
撒玛利亚的妇人对他说,你既是犹太人,怎吗向我一个撒玛列亚妇人要水喝呢。原来犹太人和撒玛利亚人没有来往。

35. If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;
治民的官府,和长老阿,倘若今日,因为在残疾人身上所行的善事,查问我们他是怎样得了痊愈。

36. Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.
如此看来,这福音是单加给那受割礼的人吗。不也是加给那未受割礼的人吗。因我们所说,亚伯拉罕的信,就算为他的义。

37. For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
我想神把我们使徒明明列在末后,好像定死罪的囚犯。因为我们成了一台戏,给世人和天使观看。

38. Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
遭逼迫,却不被丢弃。打倒了,却不至死亡。

39. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
现在你们既然认识神,更可说是被神所认识的,怎吗还要归回那懦弱无用的小学,情愿再给他作奴仆呢。

40. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
(既说升上,岂不是先降在地下吗。

41. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
你们在我身上所学习的,所领受的,所听见的,所看见的,这些事你们都要去行。赐平安的神,就必与你们同在。

42. With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.
我又打发一位亲爱忠心的兄弟阿尼西母同去。他也是你们那里的人。他们要把这里一切的事都告诉你们。

43. But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
论到弟兄们相爱,不用人写信给你们,因为你们自己蒙了神的教训,叫你们彼此相爱。

44. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
这话是可信的,是十分可佩服的。

45. Do thy diligence to come shortly unto me:
你要赶紧的到我这里来。

46. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
这样看来,必另有一安息日的安息,为神的子民存留。

47. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
你们要愁苦,悲哀,哭泣。将喜笑变作悲哀,欢乐变作愁闷。

48. Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
你们要互相款待,不发怨言。

49. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
神差他独生子到世间来,使我们藉着他得生,神爱我们的心,在此就显明了。

50. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
每逢四活物将荣耀,尊贵,感谢,归给那坐在宝座上,活到永永远远者的时候,
