1. And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos:
塞特活到一百零五岁，生了以挪士。

2. And Pharaoh commanded the same day the taskmasters of the people, and their officers, saying,
当天，法老吩咐督工的和官长说，

3. And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
并要因所犯的罪，把他的赎愆祭牲就是羊群中的母羊，或是一只羊羔，或是一只山羊牵到耶和华面前为赎罪祭。至于他的罪，祭司要为他赎了。

4. Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty;
你晓谕以色列人说，无论男女，若犯了人所常犯的罪，以致干犯耶和华，那人就有了罪。

5. I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
说，我是耶和华你的神，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。

6. For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the LORD sware that he would not shew them the land, which the LORD sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
以色列人在旷野走了四十年，等到国民，就是出埃及的兵丁，都消灭了，因为他们没有听从耶和华的话。耶和华曾向他们起誓，必不容他们看见耶和华向他们列祖起誓，应许赐给我们的地，就是流奶与蜜之地。

7. In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
在亚拿之子珊迦的时候，又在雅亿的日子，大道无人行走，都是绕道而行。

8. But the hand of the LORD was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof.
耶和华的手重重加在亚实突人身上，败坏他们，使他们生痔疮。亚实突和亚实突的四境都是如此。

9. And the king and his men went to Jerusalem unto the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land: which spake unto David, saying, Except thou take away the blind and the lame, thou shalt not come in hither: thinking, David cannot come in hither.
大卫和跟随他的人到了耶路撒冷，要攻打住那地方的耶布斯人。耶布斯人对大卫说，你若不赶出瞎子，瘸子，必不能进这地方。心里想大卫决不能进去。

10. Now therefore command thou that they hew me cedar trees out of Lebanon; and my servants shall be with thy servants: and unto thee will I give hire for thy servants according to all that thou shalt appoint: for thou knowest that there is not among us any that can skill to hew timber like unto the Sidonians.
所以求你吩咐你的仆人在黎巴嫩为我砍伐香柏木，我的仆人也必帮助他们，我必照你所定的，给你仆人的工价。因为你知道，在我们中间没有人像西顿人善于砍伐树木。”

11. And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy.
且带信给以色列王，信上说，我打发臣仆乃缦去见你，你接到这信，就要治好他的大麻疯。

12. Beerah his son, whom Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria carried away captive: he was prince of the Reubenites.
巴力的儿子是备拉。这备拉作流便支派的首领，被亚述王提革拉毗尼色掳去。

13. Also king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel that were assembled unto him before the ark, sacrificed sheep and oxen, which could not be told nor numbered for multitude.
所罗门王和聚集到他那里的以色列全会众都在约柜前献牛羊为祭，多得不可胜数。

14. The copy of the letter that Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shetharboznai, and his companions the Apharsachites, which were on this side the river, sent unto Darius the king:
河西的总督达乃和示他波斯乃，并他们的同党，就是住河西的亚法萨迦人，上本奏告大流士王。

15. And I was very angry when I heard their cry and these words.
我听见他们呼号说这些话，便甚发怒。

16. And the king said unto Esther at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.
在酒席筵前，王又问以斯帖说，你要什么，我必赐给你。你求什么，就是国的一半也必为你成就。

17. Although affliction cometh not forth of the dust, neither doth trouble spring out of the ground;
祸患原不是从土中出来。患难也不是从地里发生。

18. Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.
说谎言的，你必灭绝。好流人血弄诡诈的，都为耶和华所憎恶。

19. Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them.
以致他找不着生命平坦的道。他的路变迁不定，自己还不知道。

20. Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?
不可任你的口使肉体犯罪。也不可在祭司（原文作使者）面前说是错许了。为何使神因你的声音发怒，败坏你手所作的呢。

21. I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: my soul failed when he spake: I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer.
我给我的良人开了门。我的良人却已转身走了。他说话的时候，我神不守舍。我寻梢他，竟寻不见。我呼叫他，他却不回答。

22. And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
我必使他荒废，不再修理，不再锄刨。荆棘蒺？？倒要生长。我也必命云不降雨在其上。

23. Seek the LORD, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel.
要寻求耶和华，就必存活。免得他在约瑟家像火发出，在伯特利焚烧，无人扑灭。

24. Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.
因此，林中的狮子必害死他们。晚上（或作野地）的豺狼必灭绝他们。豹子要在城外窥伺他们。凡出城的必被撕碎。因为他们的罪过极多，背道的事也加增了。

25. We have given the hand to the Egyptians, and to the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread.
我们投降埃及人和亚述人，为要得粮吃饱。

26. And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that are round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them.
她行恶，违背我的典章，过于列国。干犯我的律例，过于四围的列邦，因为她弃掉我的典章。至于我的律例，她并没有遵行。

27. Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.
就变了脸色，心意惊惶，腰骨好像脱节，双膝彼此相碰，

28. They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them.
他们必牵着牛羊去寻求耶和华，却寻不见，他已经转去离开他们。

29. And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.
他们必用刀剑毁坏亚述地，和宁录地的关口。亚述人进入我们的地境，践踏的时候，他必拯救我们。

30. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.
我说，这是什么呢。他说，这出来的是量器。他又说，这是恶人，在遍地的形状。

31. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
饥渴慕义的人有福了，因为他们必得饱足。

32. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
他远远的看见耶稣，就跑过去拜他。

33. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
他们下了网，就圈住许多鱼，网险些裂开。

34. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
耶稣看见他躺着，知道他病了许久，就问他说，你要痊愈吗。

35. And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
有些少年人起来，把他包裹抬出去埋葬了。

36. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
因我们还软弱的时候，基督就按所定的日期为罪人死。

37. Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?
你们这自夸是不好的。岂不知一点面酵能使全团发起来吗。

38. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
所以我们时常坦然无惧，并且晓得我们住在身内，便与主相离。

39. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
原来在基督耶稣里，受割礼不受割礼，全无功效。惟独使人生发仁爱的信心，才有功效。

40. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
不要被人虚浮的话欺哄。因这些事，神的忿怒必临到那悖逆之子。

41. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
所以我们不要睡觉，像别人一样，总要儆醒谨守。

42. But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
但那好宴乐的寡妇，正活着的时候也是死的。

43. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
就如经上又有一处说，你是照着麦基洗德的等次永远为祭司。

44. Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
你们定了义人的罪，把他杀害，他也不抵挡你们。

45. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
所以你们要自卑，服在神大能的手下，到了时候他必叫你们升高。

46. This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
这藉着水和血而来的就是耶稣基督。不是单用水，乃是用水又用血。

47. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
我又看见宝座与四活物并长老之中，有羔羊站立，像是被杀过的，有七角七眼，就是神的七灵，奉差遣往普天下去的。
