1. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
神观看世界,见是败坏了。凡有血气的人,在地上都败坏了行为。

2. And Moses spake before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?
摩西在耶和华面前说,以色列人尚且不听我的话,法老怎肯听我这拙口笨舌的人呢。

3. And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings.
坛上的火要在其上常常烧着,不可熄灭。祭司要每日早晨在上面烧柴,并要把燔祭摆在坛上,在其上烧平安祭牲的脂油。

4. And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.
他要另选离俗归耶和华的日子,又要牵一只一岁的公羊羔来作赎愆祭。但先前的日子要归徒然,因为他在离俗之间被玷污了。

5. Then beware lest thou forget the LORD, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
那时你要谨慎,免得你忘记将你从埃及地,为奴之家领出来的耶和华。

6. And Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the LORD.
约书亚清早起来,祭司又抬起耶和华的约柜。

7. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.
耶和华的使者向基甸显现,对他说,大能的勇士阿,耶和华与你同在。

8. And the kine took the straight way to the way of Bethshemesh, and went along the highway, lowing as they went, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left; and the lords of the Philistines went after them unto the border of Bethshemesh.
牛直行大道,往伯示麦去,一面走一面叫,不偏左右。非利士的首领跟在后面,直到伯示麦的境界。

9. And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness.
有人告诉大卫王说,耶和华因为约柜赐福给俄别以东的家和一切属他的。大卫就去,欢欢喜喜地将神的约柜从俄别以东家中抬到大卫的城里。

10. Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father:
论到你所建的这殿,你若遵行我的律例,谨守我的典章,遵从我的一切诫命,我必向你应验我所应许你父亲大卫的话。

11. And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.
有一个臣仆说,我主,我王。无人帮助他,只有以色列中的先知以利沙,将王在卧房所说的话告诉以色列王了。

12. And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,
亚希突生撒督。撒督生沙龙。

13. And he stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands:
所罗门当着以色列会众,站在耶和华的坛前,举起手来,

14. And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.
若有王和民伸手更改这命令,拆毁这殿,愿那使耶路撒冷的殿作为他名居所的神将他们灭绝。我大流士降这旨意,当速速遵行。

15. And, lo, I perceived that God had not sent him; but that he pronounced this prophecy against me: for Tobiah and Sanballat had hired him.
我看明神没有差遣他,是他自己说这话攻击我,是多比雅和叁巴拉贿买了他。

16. And Mordecai came again to the king's gate. But Haman hasted to his house mourning, and having his head covered.
末底改仍回到朝门,哈曼却忧忧闷闷地蒙着头,急忙回家去了。

17. Is my strength the strength of stones? or is my flesh of brass?
我的气力岂是石头的气力。我的肉身岂是铜的呢。

18. A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.
无赖的恶徒,行动就用乖僻的口。

19. For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?
人一生虚度的日子,就如影儿经过。谁知道什么与他有益呢。谁能告诉他身后在日光之下有什么事呢。

20. Or ever I was aware, my soul made me like the chariots of Amminadib.
不知不觉,我的心将我安置在我尊长的车中。

21. And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
并且耶和华将人迁到远方,在这境内撇下的地土很多。

22. And their houses shall be turned unto others, with their fields and wives together: for I will stretch out my hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD.
他们的房屋,田地,和妻子都必转归别人。我要伸手攻击这地的居民。这是耶和华说的。

23. He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.
在远处的,必遭瘟疫而死。在近处的,必倒在刀剑之下。那存留被围困的,必因饥荒而死。我必这样在他们身上成就我怒中所定的。

24. Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king's decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
他们便进到王前,提王的禁令,说,王阿,三十日内不拘何人,若在王以外,或向神或向人求什么,必被扔在狮子坑中。王不是在这禁令上盖了玉玺吗。王回答说,实有这事,照玛代。

25. Shall horses run upon the rock? will one plow there with oxen? for ye have turned judgment into gall, and the fruit of righteousness into hemlock:
马岂能在崖石上奔跑。人岂能在那里用牛耕种呢。你们却使公平变为苦胆,使公义的果子变为茵??。

26. For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
城里的富户满行强暴,其中的居民也说谎言,口中的舌头是诡诈的。

27. And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
对他说,万军之耶和华如此说,看哪,那名称为(大卫苗裔的,他要在本处长起来。并要建造耶和华的殿。

28. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
免我们的债,如同我们免了人的债。

29. And they went out, and preached that men should repent.
门徒就出去,传道叫人悔改。

30. And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
那时耶稣出去上山祷告。整夜祷告神。

31. When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
他们吃饱了,耶稣对门徒说,把剩下的零碎,收拾起来,免得有糟蹋的。

32. And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,
他们又耸动了百姓,长老,并文士,就忽然来捉拿他,把他带到公会去,

33. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
所以不要容罪在你们必死的身上作王,使你们顺从身子的私欲。

34. All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
凡事我都可行。但不都有益处。凡事我都可行,但无论那一件,我总不受他的辖制。

35. Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
你们狭窄,原不在乎我们,是在乎自己的心肠狭窄。

36. As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.
凡希图外貌体面的人,都勉强你们受割礼。无非是怕自己为基督的十字架受逼迫。

37. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
因我们并不是与属血气的争战,乃是与那些执政的,掌权的,管辖这幽暗世界的,以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。(两争战原都作摔跤)

38. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
你要为真道打那美好的仗,持定永生。你为此被召,也在许多见证人面前,已经作了那美好的见证。

39. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
并且不懈怠。总要效法那些凭信心和忍耐承受应许的人。

40. And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
揭开第六印的时后,我又看见地大震动。日头变黑像毛布,满月变红像血。
