1. And hath extended mercy unto me before the king, and his counsellors, and before all the king's mighty princes. And I was strengthened as the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.
又在王和谋士，并大能的军长面前施恩于我。因耶和华我神的手帮助我，我就得以坚强，从以色列中招聚首领，与我一同上来。

2. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华对摩西说，

3. One kid of the goats for a sin offering:
一只公山羊作赎罪祭。

4. And now, O Lord GOD, thou art that God, and thy words be true, and thou hast promised this goodness unto thy servant:
主耶和华阿，惟有你是神。你的话是真实的。你也应许将这福气赐给仆人。

5. And the work of the bases was on this manner: they had borders, and the borders were between the ledges:
座的造法是这样，四面都有心子，心子在边子当中，

6. And their possessions and habitations were, Bethel and the towns thereof, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with the towns thereof; Shechem also and the towns thereof, unto Gaza and the towns thereof:
以法莲人的地业和住处是伯特利与其村庄。东边拿兰，西边基色与其村庄。示剑与其村庄，直到迦萨与其村庄。

7. The men of Bethazmaveth, forty and two.
伯亚斯玛弗人四十二名。

8. Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.
传道者说，看哪，一千男子中，我找到一个正直人。但众女子中，没有找到一个。我将这事一一比较，要寻求其理，我心仍要寻梢，却未曾找到。

9. But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
你要对他们说，这就是不听从耶和华他们神的话，不受教训的国民。从他们的口中，诚实灭绝了。

10. Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.
那事至此完毕。至于我但以理，心中甚是惊惶，脸色也改变了，却将那事存记在心。

11. And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
耶稣讲完了这些话，众人都希奇他的教训。

12. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
妇人回答说，主阿，不错。但是狗在桌子底下，也吃孩子们的碎渣儿。

13. For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.
我告诉你们，凡妇人所生的，没有一个大过约翰的。然而神国里最小的比他还大。

14. Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
那时耶稣在殿里教训人，大声说，你们也知道我，也知道我从那里来。我来并不是由于自己，但那差我来的是真的。你们不认识他。

15. Wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the Egyptian yesterday?
难道你要杀我，像昨天杀那埃及人吗。

16. But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
你若娶妻，并不是犯罪。处女若出嫁，也不是犯罪。然而这等人肉身必受苦难。我却愿意你们免这苦难。

17. For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
律法本是立软弱的人为大祭司。但在律法以后起誓的话，是立儿子为大祭司，乃是成全到永远的。
