1. For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O LORD God.
主耶和华阿，你将他们从地上的万民中分别出来作你的产业，是照你领我们列祖出埃及的时候，藉你仆人摩西所应许的话。

2. And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.
他们晓得女儿已经死了，就嗤笑耶稣。

3. Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?
难道你比我们的祖宗亚伯拉罕还大吗。他死了，众先知也死了。你将自己当作什么人呢。
