1. God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
愿神使雅弗扩张,使他住在闪的帐棚里,又愿迦南作他的奴仆。

2. And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.
法老打发人召摩西,亚伦来,对他们说,这一次我犯了罪了。耶和华是公义的,我和我的百姓是邪恶的。

3. Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:
求你记念你的仆人亚伯拉罕,以撒,雅各,不要想念这百姓的顽梗,邪恶,罪过,

4. And Joshua made them that day hewers of wood and drawers of water for the congregation, and for the altar of the LORD, even unto this day, in the place which he should choose.
当日约书亚使他们在耶和华所要选择的地方,为会众和耶和华的坛作劈柴挑水的人,直到今日。

5. And they went out into the fields, and gathered their vineyards, and trode the grapes, and made merry, and went into the house of their god, and did eat and drink, and cursed Abimelech.
示剑人出城到田间去,摘下葡萄,踹酒,设摆筵宴,进他们神的庙中吃喝,咒诅亚比米勒。

6. And as they were going down to the end of the city, Samuel said to Saul, Bid the servant pass on before us, (and he passed on), but stand thou still a while, that I may shew thee the word of God.
二人下到城角,撒母耳对扫罗说,要吩咐仆人先走(仆人就先走了)。你且站在这里,等我将神的话传与你听。

7. And Hiram sent in the navy his servants, shipmen that had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon.
希兰差遣他的仆人,就是熟悉泛海的船家,与所罗门的仆人一同坐船航海。

8. But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.
犹大王亚哈谢见这光景,就从园亭之路逃跑。耶户追赶他,说,把这人也杀在车上。到了靠近以伯莲的姑珥坡上击伤了他。他逃到米吉多,就死在那里。

9. And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.
他们住在神殿的四围,是因委托他们守殿,要每日早晨开门。

10. And the king made silver in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar trees made he as the sycomore trees that are in the low plains in abundance.
王在耶路撒冷使银子多如石头,香柏木多如高原的桑树。

11. Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.
所以你将他们交在敌人的手中,磨难他们。他们遭难的时候哀求你,你就从天上垂听,照你的大怜悯赐给他们拯救者,救他们脱离敌人的手。

12. The Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed, and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so as it should not fail, that they would keep these two days according to their writing, and according to their appointed time every year;
就应承自己与后裔,并归附他们的人,每年按时必守这两日,永远不废。

13. If I say, I will forget my complaint, I will leave off my heaviness, and comfort myself:
我若说,我要忘记我的哀情,除去我的愁容,心中畅快。

14. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
一七之内,他必与许多人坚定盟约。一七之半,他必使祭祀与供献止息。那行毁坏可憎的(或作使地荒凉的)如飞而来,并且有忿怒倾在那行毁坏的身上(或作倾在那荒凉之地),直到所定的结局。

15. And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.
耶稣从那里往前走,有两个瞎子跟着他,喊叫说,大卫的子孙,可怜我们吧。

16. But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.
但耶稣拉他的手,扶他起来,他就站起来了。

17. But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.
我实在告诉你们,站在这里的,有人在没尝死味以前,必看见神的国。

18. He answered them, I have told you already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would ye hear it again? will ye also be his disciples?
他回答说,我方才告诉你们,你们不听。为什么又要听呢。莫非你们也要作他的门徒吗。

19. But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
惟有巴拿巴接待他,领他去见使徒,把他在路上怎吗看见主,主怎样向他说话,他在大马士革,怎样奉耶稣的名放胆传道,都述说出来。

20. Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
以赛亚指着以色列人喊着说,以色列人虽多如海沙,得救的不过是剩下的馀数。

21. But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
我是攻克己身,叫身服我。恐怕我传福音给别人,自己反被弃绝了。

22. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
按着定命,人人都有一死,死后且有审判。
