1. And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.
和尼尼微，迦拉中间的利鲜，这就是那大城。

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail hath left.
耶和华对摩西说，你向埃及地伸杖，使蝗虫到埃及地上来，吃地上一切的菜蔬，就是冰雹所剩的。

3. And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons that were left, Take the meat offering that remaineth of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar: for it is most holy:
摩西对亚伦和他剩下的儿子以利亚撒，以他玛说，你们献给耶和华火祭中所剩的素祭，要在坛旁不带酵而吃，因为是至圣的。

4. And the children of Israel took their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud rested in the wilderness of Paran.
以色列人就按站往前行，离开西奈的旷野，云彩停住在巴兰的旷野。

5. And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
以色列阿，现在耶和华你神向你所要的是什么呢，只要你敬畏耶和华你的神，遵行他的道，爱他，尽心尽性事奉他，

6. Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
当耶和华将亚摩利人交付以色列人的日子，约书亚就祷告耶和华，在以色列人眼前说，日头阿，你要停在基遍。月亮阿，你要止在亚雅仑谷。

7. The Zidonians also, and the Amalekites, and the Maonites, did oppress you; and ye cried to me, and I delivered you out of their hand.
西顿人，亚玛力人，马云人也都欺压你们。你们哀求我，我也拯救你们脱离他们的手。

8. And one of the same place answered and said, But who is their father? Therefore it became a proverb, Is Saul also among the prophets?
那地方有一个人说，这些人的父亲是谁呢。此后有句俗语说，扫罗也列在先知中吗。

9. Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seemeth him good.
我们都当刚强，为本国的民和神的城邑作大丈夫。愿耶和华凭他的意旨而行。

10. And the king made of the almug trees pillars for the house of the LORD, and for the king's house, harps also and psalteries for singers: there came no such almug trees, nor were seen unto this day.
王用檀香木为耶和华殿和王宫作栏杆，又为歌唱的人作琴瑟。以后再没有这样的檀香木进国来，也没有人看见过，直到如今。）

11. And he arose and departed, and came to Samaria. And as he was at the shearing house in the way,
耶户起身往撒马利亚去。在路上，牧人剪羊毛之处，

12. They arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
他们中间所有的勇士就起身前去，将扫罗和他儿子的尸身送到雅比，将他们的尸骨葬在雅比的橡树下，就禁食七日。

13. So Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam on the third day, as the king bade, saying, Come again to me on the third day.
耶罗波安和众百姓遵着罗波安王所说你们第三日再来见我的那话，第三日他们果然来了。

14. Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.
会众都大声回答说，我们必照着你的话行，

15. Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
撒刻，示利比，示巴尼，

16. Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.
你将生命和慈爱赐给我，你也眷顾保全我的心灵。

17. Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.
耶和华阿，求你起来。神阿，求你举手。不要忘记困苦人。

18. Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.
恨能挑启争端。爱能遮掩一切过错。

19. The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself.
智慧人的口，说出恩言。愚昧人的嘴，吞灭自己。

20. Wherefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord hath performed his whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks.
主在锡安山，和耶路撒冷，成就他一切工作的时候，主说，我必罚亚述王自大的心，和他高傲眼目的荣耀。

21. For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
因为我们不敢将自己和那自荐的人同列相比。他们用自己度量自己，用自己比较自己，乃是不通达的。

22. He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.
耶和华用能力创造大地，用智慧建立世界，用聪明铺张穹苍。

23. And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.
他们全身，连背带手和翅膀，并轮周围都满了眼睛。这四个基路伯的轮子都是如此。

24. Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
他就说，但以理阿，不要惧怕。因为从你第一日专心求明白将来的事，又在你神面前刻苦己心，你的言语已蒙应允。我是因你的言语而来。

25. Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
你们要为自己栽种公义，就能收割慈爱。现今正是寻求耶和华的时候，你们要开垦荒地，等他临到，使公义如雨降在你们身上。

26. And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD.
我必使他们倚靠我，得以坚固。一举一动必奉我的名。这是耶和华说的。

27. And when ye come into an house, salute it.
进他家里去，要请他的安。

28. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
妻子若离弃丈夫另嫁，也是犯奸淫了。

29. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
我告诉你们，当审判的日子，所多玛所受的，比那城还容易受呢。

30. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
若是雇工，不是牧人，羊也不是他自己的，他看见狼来，就撇下羊逃走。狼抓住羊，赶散了羊群。

31. Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
里面有地上各样四足的走兽，和昆虫，并天上的飞鸟。

32. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
犹太人和希腊人，并没有分别。因为众人同有一位主，他也厚待一切求告他的人。

33. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
所以自己以为站得稳的，须要谨慎，免得跌倒。

34. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
但基督献了一次永远的赎罪祭，就在神的右边坐下了。
