1. And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them.
以色列人离开耶和华的山，往前行了三天的路程。耶和华的约柜在前头行了三天的路程，为他们寻梢安歇的地方。

2. Then Horam king of Gezer came up to help Lachish; and Joshua smote him and his people, until he had left him none remaining.
那时基色王荷兰上来帮助拉吉，约书亚就把他和他的民都击杀了，没有留下一个。

3. From Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, even Gilead and Bashan.
乃是约旦河东，基列全地，从靠近亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥起，就是基列和巴珊的迦得人，流便人，玛拿西人之地。

4. Of the sons of Hashum; Mattenai, Mattathah, Zabad, Eliphelet, Jeremai, Manasseh, and Shimei.
哈顺的子孙中，有玛特乃，玛达他，撒拔，以利法列，耶利买，玛拿西，示每。

5. For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
就是为陈设饼，常献的素祭，和燔祭，安息日，月朔，节期所献的与圣物，并以色列人的赎罪祭，以及我们神殿里一切的费用。

6. Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall lop the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled.
看哪，主万军之耶和华，以惊吓削去树枝。长高的必被砍下，高大的必被伐倒。

7. Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles:
看哪，我们上耶路撒冷去，人子将要被交给祭司长和文士，他们要定他死罪，交给外邦人。

8. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
凡在人面前不认我的，我在我天上的父面前，也必不认他。

9. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
惟有一个撒玛利亚人，行路来到那里。看见他就动了慈心，

10. The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
犹太人回答说，我们不是为善事拿石头打你，是你说僭妄的话。又为你是个人，反将自己当作神。

11. Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God.
所以我立时打发人去请你，你来了很好。现在我们都在神面前，要听主所吩咐你的一切话。

12. Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
就好像我凡事都叫众人喜欢，不求自己的益处，只求众人的益处，叫他们得救。

13. Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
一面被毁谤，遭患难，成了戏景，叫众人观看。一面陪伴那些受这样苦难的人。
