1. And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
含的儿子是古实，麦西，弗，迦南。

2. Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away.
以斯拉从神殿前起来，进入以利亚实的儿子约哈难的屋里，到了那里不吃饭，也不喝水。因为被掳归回之人所犯的罪，心里悲伤。

3. And they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians; which neither thy fathers, nor thy fathers' fathers have seen, since the day that they were upon the earth unto this day. And he turned himself, and went out from Pharaoh.
你的宫殿和你众臣仆的房屋，并一切埃及人的房屋，都要被蝗虫占满了，自从你祖宗和你祖宗的祖宗在世以来，直到今日，没有见过这样的灾。摩西就转身离开法老出去。

4. And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD hath kindled.
摩西对亚伦和他儿子以利亚撒，以他玛说，不可蓬头散发，也不可撕裂衣裳，免得你们死亡，又免得耶和华向会众发怒，只要你们的弟兄以色列全家为耶和华所发的火哀哭。

5. When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys.
二次吹出大声的时候，南边安的营都要起行。他们将起行，必吹出大声。

6. And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his stead.
（以色列人从比罗比尼，亚干（或作亚干井）起行，到了摩西拉。亚伦死在那里，就葬在那里。他儿子以利亚撒接续他供祭司的职分。

7. And the men of Gibeon sent unto Joshua to the camp to Gilgal, saying, Slack not thy hand from thy servants; come up to us quickly, and save us, and help us: for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the mountains are gathered together against us.
基遍人就打发人往吉甲的营中去见约书亚，说，你不要袖手不顾你的仆人，求你速速上来拯救我们，帮助我们，因为住山地亚摩利人的诸王都聚集攻击我们。

8. And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him.
以色列人又行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，去事奉诸巴力和亚斯她录，并亚兰的神，西顿的神，摩押的神，亚扪人的神，非利士人的神，离弃耶和华，不事奉他

9. And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.
耶和华的灵必大大感动你，你就与他们一同受感说话。你要变为新人。

10. And when the children of Ammon saw that they stank before David, the children of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Bethrehob, and the Syrians of Zoba, twenty thousand footmen, and of king Maacah a thousand men, and of Ishtob twelve thousand men.
亚扪人知道大卫憎恶他们，就打发人去，招募伯利合的亚兰人和琐巴的亚兰人，步兵二万，与玛迦王的人一千，陀伯人一万二千。

11. And she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thy acts and of thy wisdom.
对王说，我在本国里所听见论到你的事和你的智慧实在是真的。

12. Then he wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If ye be mine, and if ye will hearken unto my voice, take ye the heads of the men your master's sons, and come to me to Jezreel by to morrow this time. Now the king's sons, being seventy persons, were with the great men of the city, which brought them up.
耶户又给他们写信说，你们若归顺我，听从我的话，明日这时候，要将你们主人众子的首级带到耶斯列来见我。那时王的儿子七十人都住在教养他们那城中的尊贵人家里。

13. So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.
这样，扫罗和他三个儿子，并他的全家都一同死亡。

14. And king Rehoboam took counsel with the old men that had stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, saying, What counsel give ye me to return answer to this people?
罗波安之父所罗门在世的日子，有侍立在他面前的老年人，罗波安王和他们商议，说，你们给我出个什么主意，我好回覆这民。

15. Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
但以理，近顿，巴录，

16. That thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin?
就追问我的罪孽，寻察我的罪过吗。

17. He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for I shall never be in adversity.
他心里说，我必不动摇，世世代代不遭灾难。

18. Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
福祉临到义人的头。强暴蒙蔽恶人的口。

19. Folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in low place.
就是愚昧人立在高位。富足人坐在低位。

20. I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.
我要打发他攻击亵渎的国民，吩咐他攻击我所恼怒的百姓，抢财为掳物，夺货为掠物，将他们践踏，像街上的泥土一样。

21. Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
耶和华阿，没有能比你的。你本为大，有大能大力的名。

22. And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.
他吩咐那穿细麻衣的人说，要从旋转的轮内基路伯中间取火。那人就进去站在一个轮子旁边。

23. His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
他身体如水苍玉，面貌如闪电，眼目如火把，手和脚如光明的铜，说话的声音如大众的声音。

24. It shall be also carried unto Assyria for a present to king Jareb: Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel.
牛犊带到亚述当作礼物，献给耶雷布王。以法莲必蒙羞，以色列必因自己的计谋惭愧。

25. And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them.
我要坚固犹大家，拯救约瑟家，要领他们归回。我要怜恤他们，他们必像未曾弃绝的一样。都因我是耶和华他们的神，我必应允他们的祷告。

26. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
宁可往以色列家迷失的羊那里去。

27. But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
但从起初创造的时候，神造人是造男造女。

28. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
那里若有当得平安的人，当得平安的人原文作平安之子你们所求的平安就必临到那家，不然，就归与你们了。

29. This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
耶稣将这比喻告诉他们。但他们不明白所说的是什么意思。

30. He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do.
他住在海边一个硝皮匠西门的家里。房子在海边上。

31. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
惟有出于信心的义如此说，你不要心里说，谁要升到天上去呢。就是要领下基督来。

32. Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
这些事都是我们的监戒，叫我们不要贪恋恶事，像他们那样贪恋的。

33. And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
并且我已经豫备好了，等你们十分顺服的时候，要责罚那一切不顺服的人。

34. In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
燔祭和赎罪祭是你不喜欢的。

35. And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
指着那创造天和天上之物，地和地上之物，海和海中之物，直活到永永远远的，起誓说，不再有时日了。（或作不再耽延了）
