1. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.
法老和一切臣仆，并埃及众人，夜间都起来了。在埃及有大哀号，无一家不死一个人的。

2. Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
那时就要谨慎，不可在他们除灭之后随从他们的恶俗，陷入网罗，也不可访问他们的神说，这些国民怎样事奉他们的神，我也要照样行。

3. And he took their king's crown from off his head, the weight whereof was a talent of gold with the precious stones: and it was set on David's head. And he brought forth the spoil of the city in great abundance.
夺了亚扪人之王所戴的金冠冕（王或作玛勒堪。玛勒堪就是米勒公，又名摩洛，亚扪族之神名），其上的金子重一他连得，又嵌着宝石。人将这冠冕戴在大卫头上。大卫从城里夺了许多财物，

4. And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before the one, even unto Dan.
这事叫百姓陷在罪里，因为他们往但去拜那牛犊。

5. And of the children of Ephraim twenty thousand and eight hundred, mighty men of valour, famous throughout the house of their fathers.
以法莲支派大能的勇士，在本族着名的有二万零八百人。

6. And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.
祭司和利未人就洁净自己，也洁净百姓和城门，并城墙。

7. He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
不与我相合的，就是敌我的，不同我收聚的，就是分散的。

8. And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
你要尽心，尽性，尽意，尽力，爱主你的神。

9. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
这都是外邦人所求的，你们必须用这些东西，你们的父是知道的。

10. Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.
耶稣说，这声音不是为我，是为你们来的。

11. Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
岂都是得恩赐医病的吗。岂都是说方言的吗。岂都是翻方言的吗。
