1. Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.
遍地不都在你眼前吗。请你离开我,你向左,我就向右。你向右,我就向左。

2. And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD's law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.
这要在你手上作记号,在你额上作纪念,使耶和华的律法常在你口中,因为耶和华曾用大能的手将你从埃及领出来。

3. When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;
人有了大麻疯的灾病,就要将他带到祭司面前。

4. Of the tribe of Benjamin, Palti the son of Raphu.
属便雅悯支派的有拉孚的儿子帕提。

5. But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
总要杀他。你先下手,然后众民也下手,将他治死。

6. From Aroer, that is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain of Medeba unto Dibon;
是从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥和谷中的城,并米底巴的全平原,直到底本,

7. And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of God came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband was not with her.
神应允玛挪亚的话。妇人正坐在田间的时候,神的使者又到她那里,她丈夫玛挪亚却没有同她在一处。

8. And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering.
扫罗说,把燔祭和平安祭带到我这里来。扫罗就献上燔祭。

9. And she took a pan, and poured them out before him; but he refused to eat. And Amnon said, Have out all men from me. And they went out every man from him.
在他面前将饼从锅里倒出来,他却不肯吃,便说,众人离开我出去吧。众人就都离开他,出去了。

10. For so was it charged me by the word of the LORD, saying, Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest.
因为有耶和华的话嘱咐我,说不可在伯特利吃饭喝水,也不可从你去的原路回来。

11. And Jehoahaz slept with his fathers; and they buried him in Samaria: and Joash his son reigned in his stead.
约哈斯与他列祖同睡,葬在撒马利亚。他儿子约阿施接续他作王。

12. And when they came unto the threshingfloor of Chidon, Uzza put forth his hand to hold the ark; for the oxen stumbled.
到了基顿(基顿撒母耳下六章六节作拿艮)的禾场。因为牛失前蹄(或作惊跳),乌撒就伸手扶住约柜。

13. Have ye not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have made you priests after the manner of the nations of other lands? so that whosoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bullock and seven rams, the same may be a priest of them that are no gods.
你们不是驱逐耶和华的祭司亚伦的后裔和利未人吗。不是照着外邦人的恶俗为自己立祭司吗。无论何人牵一只公牛犊,七只公绵羊将自己分别出来,就可作虚无之神的祭司。

14. Then I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers: and thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God, with the meat offering and the frankincense.
吩咐人洁净这屋子,遂将神殿的器皿和素祭,乳香又搬进去。

15. Is it good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye so mock him?
他查出你们来,这岂是好吗。人欺哄人,你们也要照样欺哄他吗。

16. The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.
义人的光明亮。(明亮原文作喜欢)恶人的灯要熄灭。

17. Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
耶和华的日子临到,必有残忍,忿恨,烈怒。使这地荒凉,从其中除灭罪人。

18. Thus saith the LORD, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.
耶和华如此说,我必照样败坏犹大的骄傲和耶路撒冷的大骄傲。

19. And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
我的手必攻击那见虚假异象,用谎诈占卜的先知,他们必不列在我百姓的会中,不录在以色列家的册上,也不进入以色列地。你们就知道我是主耶和华。

20. O Israel, thou hast destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help.
以色列阿,你与我反对,就是反对帮助你的,自取败坏。

21. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
我要使这三分之一经火,熬炼他们,如熬炼银子,试炼金子。他们必求告我的名,我必应允他们。我要说,这是我的子民。他们也要说,耶和华是我们的神。

22. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
有耳可听的,就应当听。

23. But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
但你们要谨慎。因为人要把你们交给公会,并且你们在会堂里要受鞭打。又为我的缘故,站在诸侯与君王面前,对他们作见证。

24. And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
以后若结果子便吧。不然再把他砍了。

25. Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
西门彼得说,主阿,不但我的脚,连手和头也要洗。

26. Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,
扫罗又名保罗,被圣灵充满定睛看他,

27. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
像那不可奸淫,不可杀人,不可偷盗,不可贪婪,或有别的诫命,都包在爱人如己这一句话之内了。

28. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
我们现在所知道的有限,先知所讲的也有限。

29. For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.
既使我们软弱,你们刚强,我们也欢喜。并且我们所求的,就是你们作完全人。

30. Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
你们不要被那诸般怪异的教训勾引了去。因为人心靠恩得坚固才是好的。并不是靠饮食。那在饮食上专心的,从来没有得着益处。

31. If any man have an ear, let him hear.
凡有耳的,就应当听。
