1. And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus.
便在夜间，自己同仆人分队杀败敌人，又追到大马士革左边的何把，

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
耶和华对摩西说，你为什么向我哀求呢，你吩咐以色列人往前走。

3. And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:
祭司要从那一罗革油中取些倒在自己的左手掌里，

4. Now if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of thee will speak, saying,
如今你若把这百姓杀了，如杀一人，那些听见你名声的列邦必议论说，

5. And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
鸵鸟，夜鹰，鱼鹰，鹰与其类，

6. And the name of Hebron before was Kirjatharba; which Arba was a great man among the Anakims. And the land had rest from war.
希伯仑从前名叫基列亚巴。亚巴是亚衲族中最尊大的人。于是国中太平，没有争战了。

7. And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson's wife, Entice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father's house with fire: have ye called us to take that we have? is it not so?
到第七天，他们对参孙的妻说，你诓哄你丈夫，探出谜语的意思告诉我们，免得我们用火烧你和你父家。你们请了我们来，是要夺我们所有的吗。

8. And there was trembling in the host, in the field, and among all the people: the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled, and the earth quaked: so it was a very great trembling.
于是在营中，在田野，在众民内都有战兢，防兵和掠兵也都战兢，地也震动，战兢之势甚大。

9. Now therefore that I am come to speak of this thing unto my lord the king, it is because the people have made me afraid: and thy handmaid said, I will now speak unto the king; it may be that the king will perform the request of his handmaid.
我来将这话告诉我主我王，是因百姓使我惧怕。婢女想，不如将这话告诉王，或者王成就婢女所求的。

10. For the LORD shall smite Israel, as a reed is shaken in the water, and he shall root up Israel out of this good land, which he gave to their fathers, and shall scatter them beyond the river, because they have made their groves, provoking the LORD to anger.
耶和华必击打以色列人，使他们摇动，像水中的芦苇一般。又将他们从耶和华赐给他们列祖的美地上拔出来，分散在大河那边。因为他们作木偶，惹耶和华发怒。

11. Now the rest of the acts of Jehoash which he did, and his might, and how he fought with Amaziah king of Judah, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
约阿施其馀所行的事和他的勇力，并与犹大王亚玛谢争战的事，都写在以色列诸王记上。

12. And it shall be, when thou shalt hear a sound of going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt go out to battle: for God is gone forth before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.
你听见桑树梢上有脚步的声音，就要出战，因为神已经在你前头去攻打非利士人的军队。

13. They smote also the tents of cattle, and carried away sheep and camels in abundance, and returned to Jerusalem.
又毁坏了群畜的圈，夺取许多的羊和骆驼，就回耶路撒冷去了。

14. Thou shalt call, and I will answer thee: thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands.
你呼叫，我便回答。你手所做的，你必羡慕。

15. The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
愚蒙人是话都信。通达人处处谨慎。

16. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
然而你必坠落阴间，到坑中极深之处。

17. Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed.
所以耶和华如此说，论到托我名说预言的那些先知，我并没有打发他们。他们还说这地不能有刀剑饥荒，其实那些先知必被刀剑饥荒灭绝。

18. If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:
我若使恶兽经过糟践那地，使地荒凉，以致因这些兽，人都不得经过。

19. And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.
那临到马匹，骡子，骆驼，驴，和营中一切牲畜的灾殃是与那灾殃一般。

20. And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
天将晚的时候，门徒进前来说，这是野地，时候已经过了。请叫众人散开，他们好往村子里去，自己买吃的。

21. And he will shew you a large upper room furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.
他必指给你们摆设整齐的一间大楼，你们就在那里为我们豫备。

22. And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
同席的友一人听见这话，就对耶稣说，在神国里吃饭的有福了。

23. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令。

24. And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein:
诸君，为什么作这事呢。我们也是人，性情和你们一样。我们传福音给你们，是叫你们离弃这些虚妄，归向那创造天，地，海，和其中万物的永生神。

25. But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.
你若因食物叫弟兄忧愁，就不是按着爱人的道理行。基督已经替他死，你不可因你的食物叫他败坏。

26. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
这却怎吗说呢。我要用灵祷告，也要用悟性祷告。我要用灵歌唱，也要用悟性歌唱。

27. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
又有一位天使从殿中出来，向那坐在云上的大声喊着说，伸出你的镰刀来收割。因为收割的时候已经到了，地上的庄稼已经熟透了。
