1. And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
又有撒冷王麦基洗德带着饼和酒出来迎接。他是至高神的祭司。

2. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
我在法老和他的车辆，马兵上得荣耀的时候，埃及人就知道我是耶和华了。

3. And the remnant of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall pour upon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
祭司手里所剩的油要抹在那求洁净人的头上，在耶和华面前为他赎罪。

4. The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.
耶和华不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱，赦免罪孽和过犯。万不以有罪的为无罪，必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三，四代。

5. And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
鹳，鹭鸶与其类，戴？？与蝙蝠。

6. And the men of the city said unto him on the seventh day before the sun went down, What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion? And he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye had not found out my riddle.
到第七天，日头未落以前，那城里的人对参孙说，有什么比蜜还甜呢。有什么比狮子还强呢。参孙对他们说，你们若非用我的母牛犊耕地，就猜不出我谜语的意思来。

7. And Saul said unto Ahiah, Bring hither the ark of God. For the ark of God was at that time with the children of Israel.
那时神的约柜在以色列人那里。扫罗对亚希亚说，你将神的约柜运了来。

8. Then the king answered and said unto the woman, Hide not from me, I pray thee, the thing that I shall ask thee. And the woman said, Let my lord the king now speak.
王对妇人说，我要问你一句话，你一点不要瞒我。妇人说，愿我主我王说。

9. And they buried him; and all Israel mourned for him, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by the hand of his servant Ahijah the prophet.
以色列众人将他葬埋，为他哀哭，正如耶和华藉他仆人先知亚希雅所说的话。

10. And the rest of the acts of Amaziah, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
亚玛谢其馀的事都写在犹大列王记上。

11. And surely the mountain falling cometh to nought, and the rock is removed out of his place.
山崩变为无有。磐石挪开原处。

12. The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
愚蒙人得愚昧为产业。通达人得知识为冠冕。

13. All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.
列国的君王俱各在自己阴宅的荣耀中安睡。

14. If I go forth into the field, then behold the slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold them that are sick with famine! yea, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land that they know not.
我若出往田间，就见有被刀杀的。我若进入城内，就见有因饥荒患病的。连先知带祭司在国中往来，也是毫无知识（或作不知怎样才好）。

15. Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves.
虽有这三人在其中，主耶和华说，我指着我的永生起誓，他们连儿带女都不能得救，只能自己得救。

16. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
埃及族若不上来，雨也不降在他们的地上。凡不上来守住棚节的列国人，耶和华也必用这灾攻击他们。

17. He said, Bring them hither to me.
耶稣说，拿过来给我。

18. And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.
他们坐席正吃的时候，耶稣说，我实在告诉你们，你们中间有一个与我同吃的人要卖我了。

19. And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
众人一口同音的推辞。头一个说，我买了一块地，必须去看看。请你准我辞了。

20. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
我不撇下你们为孤儿，我必到你们这里来。

21. And with these sayings scarce restrained they the people, that they had not done sacrifice unto them.
二人说了这些话，仅仅的拦住众人不献祭与他们。

22. For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
在这几样上服事基督的，就为神所喜悦，又为人所称许。

23. I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:
我感谢神，我说方言比你们众人还多。

24. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
又有一位天使从祭坛中出来，是有权柄管火的，向拿着快镰刀的大声喊着说，伸出快镰刀来收取地上葡萄树的果子。因为葡萄熟透了。
