1. And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:
他为亚伯兰祝福,说,愿天地的主,至高的神赐福与亚伯兰ⅵ

2. And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
在以色列营前行走神的使者,转到他们后边去,云柱也从他们前边转到他们后边立住。

3. And the priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:
祭司要献赎罪祭,为那本不洁净,求洁净的人赎罪,然后要宰燔祭牲,

4. Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.
求你照你的大慈爱赦免这百姓的罪孽,好像你从埃及到如今常赦免他们一样。

5. And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.
凡有翅膀爬行的物是与你们不洁净,都不可吃。

6. And the Spirit of the LORD came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil, and gave change of garments unto them which expounded the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father's house.
耶和华的灵大大感动参孙,他就下到亚实基伦,击杀了三十个人,夺了他们的衣裳,将衣裳给了猜出谜语的人。参孙发怒,就上父家去了。

7. And it came to pass, while Saul talked unto the priest, that the noise that was in the host of the Philistines went on and increased: and Saul said unto the priest, Withdraw thine hand.
扫罗正与祭司说话的时候,非利士营中的喧囔越发大了。扫罗就对祭司说,停手吧。

8. And the king said, Is not the hand of Joab with thee in all this? And the woman answered and said, As thy soul liveth, my lord the king, none can turn to the right hand or to the left from ought that my lord the king hath spoken: for thy servant Joab, he bade me, and he put all these words in the mouth of thine handmaid:
王说,你这些话莫非是约押的主意吗。妇人说,我敢在我主我王面前起誓,王的话升对,不偏左右,是王的仆人约押吩咐我的,这些话是他教导我的。

9. And the rest of the acts of Jeroboam, how he warred, and how he reigned, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
耶罗波安其馀的事,他怎样争战,怎样作王,都写在以色列诸王记上。

10. Now they made a conspiracy against him in Jerusalem: and he fled to Lachish; but they sent after him to Lachish, and slew him there.
耶路撒冷有人背叛亚玛谢,他就逃到拉吉。叛党却打发人到拉吉将他杀了。

11. The waters wear the stones: thou washest away the things which grow out of the dust of the earth; and thou destroyest the hope of man.
水流消磨石头,所流溢的洗去地上的尘土。你也照样灭绝人的指望。

12. The evil bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
坏人俯伏在善人面前。恶人俯伏在义人门口。

13. But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
惟独你被抛弃,不得入你的坟墓,好像可憎的枝子。以被杀的人为衣,就是被刀刺透,坠落坑中石头那里的。你又像被践踏的尸首一样。

14. Hast thou utterly rejected Judah? hath thy soul lothed Zion? why hast thou smitten us, and there is no healing for us? we looked for peace, and there is no good; and for the time of healing, and behold trouble!
你全然弃掉犹大吗。你心厌恶锡安吗。为何击打我们,以致无法医治呢。我们指望平安,却得不着好处。指望痊愈,不料,受了惊惶。

15. Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:
或者我叫瘟疫流行那地,使我灭命(原文作带血)的忿怒倾在其上,好将人与牲畜从其中剪除。

16. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
这就是埃及的刑罚,和那不上来守住棚节之列国的刑罚。

17. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
于是吩咐众人坐在草地上。就拿着这五个饼,两条鱼,望着天,祝福,擘开饼,递给门徒。门徒又递给众人。

18. And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?
他们就忧愁起来,一个一个的问他说,是我吗。

19. And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.
又有一个说,我买了五对牛,要去试一试。请你准我辞了。

20. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
还有不多的时候,世人不再看见我。你们却看见我。因为我活着,你们也活着。

21. And there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and, having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead.
但有些犹太人,从安提阿和以哥念来,挑唆众人,就用石头打保罗,以为他是死了,便拖到城外。

22. Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
所以我们务要追求和睦的事,与彼此建立德行的事。

23. Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.
但在教会中,宁可用悟性说五句教导人的话,强如说万句方言。

24. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
那天使就把镰刀扔在地上,收取了地上的葡萄,丢在神忿怒的大酒榨中。
