1. But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
以色列人却在海中走乾地，水在他们的左右作了墙垣。

2. And the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.
祭司手里所剩的油要抹在那求洁净人的头上，在耶和华面前为他赎罪。

3. Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me,
你们的尸首必倒在这旷野，并且你们中间凡被数点，从二十岁以外，向我发怨言的，

4. And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
在你城里无分无业的利未人，和你城里寄居的，并孤儿寡妇，都可以来，吃得饱足。这样，耶和华你的神必在你手里所办的一切事上赐福与你。

5. Then said Jonathan, My father hath troubled the land: see, I pray you, how mine eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
约拿单说，我父亲连累你们了。你看，我尝了这一点蜜，眼睛就明亮了。

6. Therefore Absalom sent for Joab, to have sent him to the king; but he would not come to him: and when he sent again the second time, he would not come.
押沙龙打发人去叫约押来，要托他去见王，约押却不肯来。第二次打发人去叫他，他仍不肯来。

7. Now the rest of the acts of Rehoboam, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
罗波安其馀的事，凡他所行的，都写在犹大列王记上。

8. And Jeroboam slept with his fathers, even with the kings of Israel; and Zachariah his son reigned in his stead.
耶罗波安与他列祖以色列诸王同睡。他儿子撒迦利雅接续他作王。

9. He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
不轻易发怒的，大有聪明。性情暴躁的，大显愚妄。

10. Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
非利士全地阿，不要因击打你的仗折断就喜乐。因为从蛇的根，必生出毒蛇。他所生的，是火焰的飞龙。

11. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
耶稣说，你来吧。彼得就从船上下去，在水面上走，要到耶稣那里去。

12. But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.
彼得说，众人随然跌倒，我总不能。

13. Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
恐怕安了地基，不能成功，看见的人都笑话他，

14. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
现在事情还没有成就，我豫先告诉你们，叫你们到事情成就的时候，就可以信。

15. Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
至于作先知讲道的，只好两个人，或是三个人，其馀的就当慎思明辨。
