扫罗执掌以色列的国权，常常攻击他四围的一切仇敌，就是摩押人，亚扪人，以东人，和琐巴诸王，并非利士人。他无论往何处去，都打败仇敌。

3. And one of them that stood by drew a sword, and smote a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.
旁边站着的人，有一个拔出刀来，将大祭司的仆人砍了一刀，削掉了他一个耳朵。
