1. And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away.
有鸷鸟下来，落在那死畜的肉上，亚伯兰就把它吓飞了。

2. Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?
耶和华阿，众神之中，谁能像你。谁能像你，至圣至荣，可颂可畏，施行奇事。

3. And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
患漏症的人没有用水涮手，无论摸了谁，谁必不洁净到晚上，并要洗衣服，用水洗澡。

4. Thus shall it be done for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.
献公牛，公绵羊，绵羊羔，山羊羔，每只都要这样办理。

5. For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
原来那地上的穷人永不断绝。所以我吩咐你说，总要向你地上困苦穷乏的弟兄松开手。

6. And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out unto Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.
通到以革伦北边，延到施基仑，接连到巴拉山。又通到雅比聂，直通到海为止。

7. Then three thousand men of Judah went to the top of the rock Etam, and said to Samson, Knowest thou not that the Philistines are rulers over us? what is this that thou hast done unto us? And he said unto them, As they did unto me, so have I done unto them.
于是有三千犹大人下到以坦磐的穴内，对参孙说，非利士人辖制我们，你不知道吗。你向我们行的是什么事呢。他回答说，他们向我怎样行，我也要向他们怎样行。

8. It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.
我立扫罗为王，我后悔了。因为他转去不跟从我，不遵守我的命令。撒母耳便甚忧愁，终夜哀求耶和华。

9. And with Absalom went two hundred men out of Jerusalem, that were called; and they went in their simplicity, and they knew not any thing.
押沙龙在耶路撒冷请了二百人与他同去，都是诚诚实实去的，并不知道其中的真情。

10. And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, as did David his father.
亚撒效法他祖大卫行耶和华眼中看为正的事，

11. And the rest of the acts of Zachariah, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
撒迦利雅其馀的事都写在以色列诸王记上。

12. And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,
大卫将祭司撒督和亚比亚他，并利未人乌列，亚帅雅，约珥，示玛雅，以列，亚米拿达召来，

13. And they offered unto the LORD the same time, of the spoil which they had brought, seven hundred oxen and seven thousand sheep.
当日他们从所取的掳物中，将牛七百只，羊七千只献给耶和华。

14. Are the consolations of God small with thee? is there any secret thing with thee?
神用温和的话安慰你，你以为太小吗。

15. Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men?
阴间和死亡，尚在耶和华眼前，何况世人的心呢。

16. The LORD said, Verily it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.
耶和华说，我必要坚固你，使你得好处。灾祸苦难临到的时候，我必要使仇敌央求你。

17. Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
入口的不能污秽人，出口的乃能污秽人。

18. But the chief priests moved the people, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them.
只是祭司长挑唆众人，宁可释放巴拉巴给他们。

19. And he said, A certain man had two sons:
耶稣又说，一个人有两个儿子。

20. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
这些事我已经对你们说了，是要叫我的喜乐，存在你们心里，并叫你们的喜乐可以满足。

21. But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
我们得救，乃是因主耶稣的恩，和他们一样，这是我们所信的。

22. And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.
又说，外邦阿，你们当赞美主。万民哪，你们都当颂赞他。

23. Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.
不拘是我是众使徒，我们如此传，你们也如此信了。
