1. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
但你要享大寿数，平平安安地归到你列祖那里，被人埋葬。

2. Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.
那时，以东的族长惊惶，摩押的英雄被战兢抓住，迦南的居民心都消化了。

3. And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD for his issue.
祭司要献上一只为赎罪祭，一只为燔祭，因那人患的漏症，祭司要在耶和华面前为他赎罪。

4. One ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.
至于会众，你们和同居的外人都归一例，作为你们世世代代永远的定例，在耶和华面前，你们怎样，寄居的也要怎样。

5. And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.
要记念你在埃及地作过奴仆，耶和华你的神将你救赎。因此，我今日吩咐你这件事。

6. And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before was Kirjathsepher.
又从那里上去，攻击底璧的居民，这底璧从前名叫基列西弗。

7. And he found a new jawbone of an ass, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith.
他见一块未乾的驴腮骨，就伸手拾起来，用以击杀一千人。

8. And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.
扫罗说，这是百姓从亚玛力人那里带来的。因为他们爱惜上好的牛羊，要献与耶和华你的神。其馀的，我们都灭尽了。

9. And the king's servants said unto the king, Behold, thy servants are ready to do whatsoever my lord the king shall appoint.
王的臣仆对王说，我主我王所定的，仆人都愿遵行。

10. And he brought in the things which his father had dedicated, and the things which himself had dedicated, into the house of the LORD, silver, and gold, and vessels.
亚撒将他父亲所分别为圣，与自己所分别为圣的金银和器皿，都奉到耶和华的殿里。

11. And the rest of the acts of Shallum, and his conspiracy which he made, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
沙龙其馀的事和他背叛的情形都写在以色列诸王记上。

12. And the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staves thereon, as Moses commanded according to the word of the LORD.
利未子孙就用杠，肩抬神的约柜，是照耶和华藉摩西所吩咐的。

13. And all Judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and the LORD gave them rest round about.
犹大众人为所起的誓欢喜。因他们是尽心起誓，尽意寻求耶和华，耶和华就被他们寻见，且赐他们四境平安。

14. Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.
神不信靠他的众圣者。在他眼前，天也不洁净。

15. All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.
困苦人的日子，都是愁苦。心中欢畅的，常享丰筵。

16. O LORD, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in thy longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have suffered rebuke.
耶和华阿，你是知道的。求你记念我，眷顾我，向逼迫我的人为我报仇。不要向他们忍怒取我的命，要知道我为你的缘故受了凌辱。

17. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
彼得对耶稣说，请将这比喻讲给我们听。

18. And so Pilate, willing to content the people, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified.
彼拉多要叫众人喜悦，就释放巴拉巴给他们，将耶稣鞭打了，交给人钉十字架。

19. And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
于是去投靠那地方的一个人，那人打发他到田里去放猪。

20. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
以后我不再称你们为仆人。因仆人不知道主人所作的事。我乃称你们为朋友。因我从我父所听见的。已经都告诉你们了。

21. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,
众先知的话，也与这意思相合。

22. Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God,
但我稍微放胆写给你们，是要题醒你们的记性，特因神所给我的恩典，

23. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
并且明显我们是为神妄作见证的。因我们见证神是叫基督复活了。若死人真不复活，神也没有叫基督复活了。
