1. In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
当那日，耶和华与亚伯兰立约，说，我已赐给你的后裔，从埃及河直到伯大河之地，

2. The LORD shall reign for ever and ever.
耶和华必作王，直到永永远远。

3. The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
若男女交合，两个人必不洁净到晚上，并要用水洗澡。

4. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land whither I bring you,
你晓谕以色列人说，你们到了我所领你们进去的那地，

5. It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant to thee, in serving thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.
你任他自由的时候，不可以为难事，因他服事你六年，较比雇工的工价多加一倍了。耶和华你的神就必在你所作的一切事上赐福与你。

6. And it came to pass, as she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou?
押撒过门的时候，劝缮夫向她父亲求一块田，押撒一下驴，迦勒问她说，你要什么。

7. And he was sore athirst, and called on the LORD, and said, Thou hast given this great deliverance into the hand of thy servant: and now shall I die for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised?
参孙甚觉口渴，就求告耶和华说，你既藉仆人的手施行这吗大的拯救，岂可任我渴死，落在未受割礼的人手中呢。

8. And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.
耶和华差遣你，吩咐你说，你去击打那些犯罪的亚玛力人，将他们灭绝净尽。

9. And all his servants passed on beside him; and all the Cherethites, and all the Pelethites, and all the Gittites, six hundred men which came after him from Gath, passed on before the king.
王的臣仆都在他面前过去。基利提人，比利提人，就是从迦特跟随王来的六百人，也都在他面前过去。

10. Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that were left in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king's house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants: and king Asa sent them to Benhadad, the son of Tabrimon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying,
于是亚撒将耶和华殿和王宫府库里所剩下的金银都交在他臣仆手中，打发他们往住大马士革的亚兰王希旬的孙子，他伯利们的儿子便哈达那里去，

11. And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he departed not all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
他行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，终身不离开尼八的儿子耶罗波安使以色列人陷在罪里的那罪。

12. And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obededom, and Jeiel, the porters.
其次还有他们的弟兄撒迦利雅，便雅薛，示米拉末，耶歇，乌尼，以利押，比拿雅，玛西雅，玛他提雅，以利斐利户，弥克尼雅，并守门的俄别以东和耶利。

13. And he brought into the house of God the things that his father had dedicated, and that he himself had dedicated, silver, and gold, and vessels.
亚撒将他父所分别为圣，与自己所分别为圣的金银和器皿都奉到神的殿里。

14. Which wise men have told from their fathers, and have not hid it:
就是智慧人从列祖所受，传说而不隐瞒的。

15. A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.
暴怒的人，挑启争端。忍怒的人，止息分争。

16. Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail?
我的痛苦为何长久不止呢。我的伤痕为何无法医治，不能痊愈呢。难道你待我有诡诈，像流乾的河道吗。

17. But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
惟独出口的，是从心里发出来的，这才污秽人。

18. And began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!
就厌贺他说，恭喜犹太人的王阿。

19. I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
我要起来，到我父亲那里去，向他说，父亲，我得罪了天，又得罪了你。

20. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
世人若恨你们，你们知道（或作该知道）恨你们以先，已经恨我了。

21. Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.
这话是从创世以来，显明这事的主说的。

22. For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
除了基督藉我作的那些事，我什么都不敢题。只题他藉我言语作为，用神迹奇事的能力，并圣灵的能力，使外邦人顺服。

23. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
就是在基督里睡了的人也灭亡了。
