1. And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
亚摩利人,迦南人,革迦撒人,耶布斯人之地。

2. And Miriam answered them, Sing ye to the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.
米利暗应声说,你们要歌颂耶和华,因他大大战胜,将马和骑马的投在海中。

3. And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
凡摸她床的,必不洁净到晚上,并要洗衣服,用水洗澡。

4. Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD an heave offering in your generations.
你们世世代代要用初熟的麦子磨面,当举祭献给耶和华。

5. And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God.
这头生的若有什么残疾,就如瘸腿的,瞎眼的,无论有什么恶残疾,都不可献给耶和华你的神。

6. And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the coast of Edom southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,
犹大支派尽南边的城邑,与以东交界相近的,就是甲薛,以得,雅姑珥,

7. But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.
百姓却在所当灭的物中取了最好的牛羊,要在吉甲献与耶和华你的神。

8. And Ittai answered the king, and said, As the LORD liveth, and as my lord the king liveth, surely in what place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also will thy servant be.
以太对王说,我指着永生的耶和华起誓,又敢在王面前起誓,无论生死,王在哪里,仆人也必在那里。

9. And it came to pass, when Baasha heard thereof, that he left off building of Ramah, and dwelt in Tirzah.
巴沙听见,就停工不修筑拉玛了,仍住在得撒。

10. And the rest of the acts of Menahem, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
米拿现其馀的事,凡他所行的都写在以色列诸王记上。

11. And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obededom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.
又派玛他提雅,以利斐利户,弥克尼雅,俄别以东,耶利,亚撒西雅领首弹琴,调用第八。

12. A dreadful sound is in his ears: in prosperity the destroyer shall come upon him.
惊吓的声音常在他耳中。在平安时,抢夺的必临到他那里。

13. Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom: but a man of understanding walketh uprightly.
无知的人,以愚妄为乐。聪明的人,按正直而行。

14. And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible.
我必搭救你脱离恶人的手,救赎你脱离强暴人的手。

15. Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
耶稣离开那里,退到推罗西顿的境内去。

16. And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross.
有一个古利奈人西门,就是亚历山大和鲁孚的父亲,从乡下来,经过那地方。他们就勉强他同去,好背着耶稣的十字架。

17. And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
儿子说,父亲,我得罪了天,又得罪了你,从今以后,我不配称为你的儿子。

18. But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
但他们因我的名,要向你们行这一切的事,因为他们不认识那差我来的。

19. For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
因为从古以来,摩西的书在各城有人传讲,每逢安息日,在会堂里诵读。

20. But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
就如经上所记,未曾闻知他信息的,将要看见。未曾听过的,将要明白。

21. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
死既是因一人而来,死人复活也是因一人而来。
