1. And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.
他说，你为我取一只三年的母牛，一只三年的母山羊，一只三年的公绵羊，一只斑鸠，一只雏鸽。

2. The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.
仇敌说，我要追赶，我要追上，我要分掳物，我要在他们身上称我的心愿。我要拔出刀来，亲手杀灭他们。

3. And what saddle soever he rideth upon that hath the issue shall be unclean.
患漏症人所骑的鞍子也为不洁净。

4. Then shall he bring with a bullock a meat offering of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half an hin of oil.
就要把细面伊法十分之三，并油半欣，调和作素祭，和公牛一同献上，

5. Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
你要谨慎，不可心里起恶念，说，第七年的豁免年快到了，你便恶眼看你穷乏的弟兄，什么都不给他，以致他因你求告耶和华，罪便归于你了。

6. And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which is Kirjathjearim:
又从山顶延到尼弗多亚的水源，通到以弗仑山的城邑，又延到巴拉（巴拉就是基列耶琳）。

7. Then the Philistines went up, and pitched in Judah, and spread themselves in Lehi.
非利士人上去安营在犹大，布散在利希。

8. But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
扫罗和百姓却怜惜亚甲，也爱惜上好的牛，羊，牛犊，羊羔，并一切美物，不肯灭绝。凡下贱瘦弱的，尽都杀了。

9. And the king said unto him, Go in peace. So he arose, and went to Hebron.
王说，你平平安安地去吧。押沙龙就起身，往希伯仑去了。

10. And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel reigned Asa over Judah.
以色列王耶罗波安二十年，亚撒登基作犹大王，

11. And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done: he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
他行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，效法他列祖所行的，不离开尼八的儿子耶罗波安使以色列人陷在罪里的那罪。

12. Of the sons of Hebron; Eliel the chief, and his brethren fourscore:
希伯仑子孙中有族长以列和他的弟兄八十人。

13. And he gathered all Judah and Benjamin, and the strangers with them out of Ephraim and Manasseh, and out of Simeon: for they fell to him out of Israel in abundance, when they saw that the LORD his God was with him.
又招聚犹大，便雅悯的众人，并他们中间寄居的以法莲人，玛拿西人，西缅人。有许多以色列人归降亚撒，因见耶和华他的神与他同在。

14. What knowest thou, that we know not? what understandest thou, which is not in us?
你知道什么是我们不知道的呢。你明白什么是我们不明白的呢。

15. The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness.
恶人的道路，为耶和华所憎恶。追求公义的，为他所喜爱。

16. For the waters of Dimon shall be full of blood: for I will bring more upon Dimon, lions upon him that escapeth of Moab, and upon the remnant of the land.
底们的水充满了血。我还要加增底们的灾难，叫狮子来追上摩押逃脱的民，和那地上所馀剩的人。

17. She that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while it was yet day: she hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith the LORD.
生过七子的妇人力衰气绝。尚在白昼，日头忽落。她抱愧蒙羞。其馀的人，我必在他们敌人跟前，交与刀剑。这是耶和华说的。

18. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
他们将人的吩咐，当作道理教导人，所以拜我也是枉然。

19. But Pilate answered them, saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?
彼拉多说，你们要我释放犹太人的王给你们吗。

20. And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.
找着了，就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说，我失落的那块钱已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧。

21. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
我爱你们，正如父爱我一样。你们要常在我的爱里。

22. And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
又藉着信，洁净了他们的心，并不分他们我们。

23. And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.
并叫外邦人，因他的怜悯，荣耀神。如经上所记，因此我要在外邦中称赞你，歌颂你的名。

24. For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
我原是使徒中最小的，不配称为使徒，因为我从前逼迫神的教会。
