1. Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
亚伯兰的妻子撒莱不给他生儿女。撒莱有一个使女，名叫夏甲，是埃及人。

2. And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came unto the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt.
以色列全会众从以琳起行，在出埃及后第二个月十五日到了以琳和西奈中间，汛的旷野。

3. And the LORD spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the LORD, and died;
亚伦的两个儿子近到耶和华面前死了。死了之后，耶和华晓谕摩西说，

4. Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:
利未的曾孙，哥辖的孙子，以斯哈的儿子可拉，和流便子孙中以利押的儿子大坍，亚比兰，与比勒的儿子安，

5. Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God: for in the month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
你要注意亚笔月，向耶和华你的神守逾越节，因为耶和华你的神在亚笔月夜间领你出埃及。

6. And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Bethel,
约瑟的子孙拈阄所得之地是从靠近耶利哥的约旦河起，以耶利哥东边的水为界，从耶利哥上去，通过山地的旷野，到伯特利。

7. Then went Samson to Gaza, and saw there an harlot, and went in unto her.
参孙到了迦萨，在那里看见一个妓女，就与她亲近。

8. And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons.
耶和华对撒母耳说，我既厌弃扫罗作以色列的王，你为他悲伤要到几时呢。你将膏油盛满了角，我差遣你往伯利恒人耶西那里去。因为我在他众子之内，预定一个作王的。

9. And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.
大卫刚过山顶，见米非波设的仆人洗巴拉着备好了的两匹驴，驴上驮着二百面饼，一百葡萄饼，一百个夏天的果饼，一皮袋酒来迎接他。

10. Then the word of the LORD came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
耶和华的话临到哈拿尼的儿子耶户，责备巴沙说，

11. In the seventeenth year of Pekah the son of Remaliah Ahaz the son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign.
利玛利的儿子比加十七年，犹大王约坦的儿子亚哈斯登基。

12. So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God.
众人将神的约柜请进去，安放在大卫所搭的帐幕里，就在神面前献燔祭和平安祭。

13. In the six and thirtieth year of the reign of Asa Baasha king of Israel came up against Judah, and built Ramah, to the intent that he might let none go out or come in to Asa king of Judah.
亚撒三十六年，以色列王巴沙上来攻击犹大，修筑拉玛，不许人从犹大王亚撒那里出入。

14. Then Job answered and said,
约伯回答说，

15. Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.
神阿，求你保佑我，因为我投靠你。

16. The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.
心中的谋算在乎人。舌头的应对，由于耶和华。

17. Send ye the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
你们当将羊羔奉给那地掌权的，从西拉往旷野，送到锡安城的山。（城原文作女子）

耶和华的话又临到我说，

20. The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
法利赛人和撒都该人，来试探耶稣，请他从天上显个神迹给他们看。

21. And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
过了安息日，抹大拉的马利亚，和雅各的母亲马利亚，并撒罗米，买了香膏，要去膏耶稣的身体。

22. And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods.
耶稣又对门徒说，有一个财主的管家。别人向他主人告他浪费主人的财物。

23. These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
我已将这些事告诉你们，使你们不至于跌倒。

24. Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek:
保罗来到特庇，又到路司得。在那里有一个门徒，名叫提摩太，是信主之犹太妇人的儿子，他父亲却是希腊人。

25. I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
我对你们举荐我们的姊妹非比，她是坚革哩教会中的女执事。

26. Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.
论到为圣徒捐钱，我从前怎样吩咐加拉太的众教会，你们也当怎样行。

27. And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
我听见有大声音从殿中出来，向那七位天使说，你们去，把盛神大怒的七碗倒在地上。
