1. That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
将义人与恶人同杀，将义人与恶人一样看待，这断不是你所行的。审判全地的主，岂不行公义吗。

2. And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
摩西从以色列人中拣选了有才能的人，立他们为百姓的首领，作千夫长，百夫长，五十夫长，十夫长。

3. And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
连地也玷污了，所以我追讨那地的罪孽，那地也吐出它的居民。

4. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华吩咐摩西说，

5. Gibeon, and Ramah, and Beeroth,
又有基遍，拉玛，比录，

6. And the children of Dan said unto him, Let not thy voice be heard among us, lest angry fellows run upon thee, and thou lose thy life, with the lives of thy household.
但人对米迦说，你不要使我们听见你的声音，恐怕有性暴的人攻击你，以致你和你的全家尽都丧命。

7. And Saul said, Thus shall ye say to David, The king desireth not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to be avenged of the king's enemies. But Saul thought to make David fall by the hand of the Philistines.
扫罗说，你们要对大卫这样说，王不要什么聘礼，只要一百非利士人的阳皮，好在王的仇敌身上报仇。扫罗的意思要使大卫丧在非利士人的手里。

8. And the watchman cried, and told the king. And the king said, If he be alone, there is tidings in his mouth. And he came apace, and drew near.
守望的人就大声告诉王。王说，他若独自来，必是报口信的。那人跑得渐渐近了。

9. And Elijah said unto the prophets of Baal, Choose you one bullock for yourselves, and dress it first; for ye are many; and call on the name of your gods, but put no fire under.
以利亚对巴力的先知说，你们既是人多，当先挑选一只牛犊，预备好了，就求告你们神的名，却不要点火。

10. Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.
现在我上来攻击毁灭这地，岂没有耶和华的意思吗。耶和华吩咐我说，你上去攻击毁灭这地吧。

11. Then the king of Israel said, Take ye Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king's son;
以色列王说，将米该雅带回，交给邑宰亚们和王的儿子约阿施，说，

12. With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;
慈爱的人，你以慈爱待他。完全的人，你以完全待他。

13. Yet ye say, The way of the LORD is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?
你们还说，主的道不公平。以色列家阿，你们当听，我的道岂不公平吗。你们的道岂不是不公平吗。

14. But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
因为他没有偿还之物，主人吩咐把他和他妻子儿女，并一切所有的都卖了偿还。

15. For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
骆驼穿过针的眼，比财主进神的国，还容易呢。

16. And Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also one of his disciples? He denied it, and said, I am not.
西门彼得正站着烤火，有人对他说，你不也是他的门徒吗。彼得不承认，说，我不是。

17. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
这人已经在主的道上受了教训，心里火热，将耶稣的事，详细讲论教训人。只是他单晓得约翰的洗礼。
