1. And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
罗得就出去，告诉娶了（或作将要娶）他女儿的女婿们说，你们起来离开这地方，因为耶和华要毁灭这城。他女婿们却以为他说的是戏言。

2. And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.
摩西下山往百姓那里去，叫他们自洁，他们就洗衣服。

3. Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
不可咒骂聋子，也不可将绊脚石放在瞎子面前，只要敬畏你的神。我是耶和华。

4. This is the law, when a man dieth in a tent: all that come into the tent, and all that is in the tent, shall be unclean seven days.
人死在帐棚里的条例乃是这样，凡进那帐棚的，和一切在帐棚里的，都必七天不洁净。

5. Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
在耶和华你神所赐你承受为业之地，不可挪移你邻舍的地界，那是先人所定的。

6. And the border compasseth it on the north side to Hannathon: and the outgoings thereof are in the valley of Jiphthahel:
又绕过尼亚的北边，转到哈拿顿，通到伊弗他伊勒谷。

7. And they passed on and went their way; and the sun went down upon them when they were by Gibeah, which belongeth to Benjamin.
他们就往前走。将到便雅悯的基比亚，日头已经落了。

8. And when Saul sent messengers to take David, she said, He is sick.
扫罗打发人去捉拿大卫，米甲说，他病了。

9. And he bowed the heart of all the men of Judah, even as the heart of one man; so that they sent this word unto the king, Return thou, and all thy servants.
如此就挽回犹大众人的心，如同一人的心。他们便打发人去见王，说，请王和王的一切臣仆回来。

10. And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
他说，我为耶和华万军之神大发热心。因为以色列人背弃了你的约，毁坏了你的坛，用刀杀了你的先知，只剩下我一个人，他们还要寻索我的命。

11. And Hezekiah received the letter of the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up into the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
希西家从使者手里接过书信来，看完了，就上耶和华的殿，将书信在耶和华面前晒开。

12. So Joab and the people that were with him drew nigh before the Syrians unto the battle; and they fled before him.
于是约押和跟随他的人前进攻打亚兰人。亚兰人在约押面前逃跑。

13. My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me.
我的亲戚与我断绝。我的密友都忘记我。

14. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
耶和华我的磐石，我的救赎主阿，愿我口中的言语，心中的意念，在你面前蒙悦纳。

15. House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD.
房屋钱财。是祖宗所遗留的。惟有贤慧的妻，是耶和华所赐的。

16. The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.
耶和华使乖谬的灵，搀入埃及中间。首领使埃及一切所作的都有差错，好像醉酒之人呕吐的时候，东倒西歪一样。

17. Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the LORD had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the LORD's house; and said to all the people,
耶利米从陀斐特就是耶和华差他去说预言的地方回来，站在耶和华殿的院中，对众人说，

18. And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, which hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.
火也从它枝干中发出，烧灭果子，以致没有坚固的枝干可作掌权者的杖。这是哀歌，也必用以作哀歌。

19. But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
耶稣说，让小孩子到我这里来，不要禁止他们。因为在天国的，正是这样的人。

20. But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
他本国的人却恨他，打发使者随后去说，我们不愿意这个人作我们的王。

21. And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!
那日是逾越节的日子，约有午正。彼拉多对犹太人说，看哪，这是你们的王。

22. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
作这事的，有犹太祭司长士基瓦的七个儿子。

23. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
在天上的众军，骑着白马，穿着细麻衣，又白又洁，跟随他。
