1. Now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the land wherein thou hast sojourned.
我愿你如今在这里指着神对我起誓，不要欺负我与我的儿子，并我的子孙。我怎样厚待了你，你也要照样厚待我与你所寄居这地的民。

2. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
若有别害，就要以命偿命，

3. Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
但不可进到幔子前，也不可就近坛前，因为他有残疾，免得亵渎我的圣所。我是叫他成圣的耶和华。

4. And Sihon would not suffer Israel to pass through his border: but Sihon gathered all his people together, and went out against Israel into the wilderness: and he came to Jahaz, and fought against Israel.
西宏不容以色列人从他的境界经过，就招聚他的众民出到旷野，要攻击以色列人，到了雅杂与以色列人争战。

5. His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
他的尸首不可留在木头上过夜，必要当日将他葬埋，免得玷污了耶和华你神所赐你为业之地。因为被挂的人是在神面前受咒诅的。

6. And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with her suburbs, Gibbethon with her suburbs,
又从但支派的地业中给了他们伊利提基和属城的郊野，基比顿和属城的郊野，

7. And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.
于是便雅悯人照样而行，按着他们的数目从跳舞的女子中抢去为妻，就回自己的地业去，又重修城邑居住。

8. And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.
论到耶洗别，耶和华也说，狗在耶斯列的外郭必吃耶洗别的肉。

9. And the servants of Amon conspired against him, and slew the king in his own house.
亚们王的臣仆背叛他，在宫里杀了他。

10. And Ornan said unto David, Take it to thee, and let my lord the king do that which is good in his eyes: lo, I give thee the oxen also for burnt offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat offering; I give it all.
阿珥楠对大卫说，你可以用这禾场，愿我主我王照你所喜悦的去行。我也将牛给你作燔祭，把打粮的器具当柴烧，拿麦子作素祭。这些我都送给你。

11. One dieth in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet.
有人至死身体强壮，尽得平靖安逸。

12. Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
谨守口与舌的，就保守自己免受灾难。

13. And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.
据那些曾起誓的犹大人看来，这是虚假的占卜。但巴比伦王要使他们想起罪孽，以致将他们捉住。

14. And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
耶稣进了殿，正教训人的时候，祭司长和民间的长老来问他说，你仗着什么权柄作这些事。给你这权柄的是谁呢。

15. But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
当那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的有祸。因为将有大灾难降在这地方，也有震怒临到这百姓。

16. Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
于是这话传在弟兄中间，说那门徒不死。其实耶稣不是说他不死。乃是说我若要他等到我来的时候，与你何干。

17. Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;
你就照着我们的话行吧，我们这里有四个人，都有愿在身。

18. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
那城内又不用日月光照。因有神的荣耀光照。又有羔羊为城的灯。
