1. And Abraham said, I will swear.
亚伯拉罕说，我情愿起誓。

2. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
以眼还眼，以牙还牙，以手还手，以脚还脚，

3. And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.
于是，摩西晓谕亚伦和亚伦的子孙，并以色列众人。

4. And Israel smote him with the edge of the sword, and possessed his land from Arnon unto Jabbok, even unto the children of Ammon: for the border of the children of Ammon was strong.
以色列人用刀杀了他，得了他的地，从亚嫩河到雅博河，直到亚扪人的境界，因为亚扪人的境界多有坚垒。

5. Aijalon with her suburbs, Gathrimmon with her suburbs; four cities.
亚雅仑和属城的郊野，迦特临门和属城的郊野，共四座城。

6. And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance.
当时以色列人离开那里，各归本支派，本宗族，本地业去了。

7. Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.
凡属亚哈的人，死在城中的必被狗吃，死在田野的必被空中的鸟吃。

8. And the people of the land slew all them that had conspired against king Amon; and the people of the land made Josiah his son king in his stead.
但国民杀了那些背叛亚们王的人，立他儿子约西亚接续他作王。

9. And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take that which is thine for the LORD, nor offer burnt offerings without cost.
大卫王对阿珥楠说，不然。我必要用足价向你买。我不用你的物献给耶和华，也不用白得之物献为燔祭。

10. His breasts are full of milk, and his bones are moistened with marrow.
他的奶桶充满，他的骨髓滋润。

11. Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath.
心骄气傲的人，名叫亵慢。他行事狂妄，都出于骄傲。

12. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand.
主耶和华如此说，因你们的过犯显露，使你们的罪孽被记念，以致你们的罪恶在行为上都彰显出来。又因你们被记念，就被捉住。

13. And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
耶稣回答说，我也要问你们一句话，你们若告诉我，我就告诉你们我仗着什么权柄作这些事。

14. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
他们要倒在刀下，又被掳到各国去，耶路撒冷要被外邦人践踏，直到外邦人的日期满了。

15. This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.
为这些事作见证，并且记载这些事的，就是这门徒。我们也知道他的见证是真的。

16. Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.
你带他们去，与他们一同行洁净的礼，替他们拿出规费，叫他们得以剃头。这样，众人就可知道，先前所听见你的事都是虚的。并可知道，你自己为人，循规蹈矩，遵行律法。

17. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
列国要在城的光里行走。地上的君王必将自己的荣耀归与那城。
