1. And he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well.
他说，你要从我手里受这七只母羊羔，作我挖这口井的证据。

2. If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.
若罚他赎命的价银，他必照所罚的赎他的命。

3. We have shot at them; Heshbon is perished even unto Dibon, and we have laid them waste even unto Nophah, which reacheth unto Medeba.
我们射了他们。希实本直到底本尽皆毁灭。我们使地变成荒场，直到挪法。这挪法直延到米底巴。

4. And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with her suburbs, Abdon with her suburbs,
又从亚设支派的地业中给了他们米沙勒和属城的郊野，押顿和属城的郊野，

5. But David could not go before it to enquire of God: for he was afraid because of the sword of the angel of the LORD.
只是大卫不敢前去求问神，因为惧怕耶和华使者的刀。

6. That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.
就是恶人在祸患的日子得存留，在发怒的日子得逃脱。

7. There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD.
没有人能以智慧，聪明，谋略，敌挡耶和华。

8. Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge thee in the place where thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity.
你将刀收入鞘吧。在你受造之处，生长之地，我必刑罚你。

9. And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not.
又来对小儿子也是这样说，他回答说，父阿，我去。他却不去。

10. When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
他发芽的时侯，你们一看见自然晓得夏天近了。

11. And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.
合城都震动，百姓一齐跑来，拿住保罗，拉他出殿，殿门立刻都关了。
