1. And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.
以撒生下来第八日,亚伯拉罕照着神所吩咐的,给以撒行了割礼。

2. If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
他主人若给他妻子,妻子给他生了儿子或女儿,妻子和儿女要归主人,他要独自出去。

3. But he shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.
祭司既在民中为首,就不可从俗沾染自己。

4. And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.
他们从何珥山起行,往红海那条路走,要绕过以东地。百姓因这路难行,心中甚是烦躁,

5. And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:
把母牛犊牵到流水,未曾耕种的山谷去,在谷中打折母牛犊的颈项。

6. And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, which were of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.
为哥辖族拈阄,利未人的祭司,亚伦的子孙,从犹大支派,西缅支派,便雅悯支派的地业中,按阄得了十三座城。

7. And it came to pass on the morrow, that the people rose early, and built there an altar, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings.
次日清早,百姓起来,在那里筑了一座坛,献燔祭和平安祭。

8. And the priest answered David, and said, There is no common bread under mine hand, but there is hallowed bread; if the young men have kept themselves at least from women.
祭司对大卫说,我手下没有寻常的饼,只有圣饼。若少年人没有亲近妇人才可以给。

9. And the Gibeonites said unto him, We will have no silver nor gold of Saul, nor of his house; neither for us shalt thou kill any man in Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you.
基遍人回答说,我们和扫罗与他家的事并不关乎金银,也不要因我们的缘故杀一个以色列人。大卫说,你们怎样说,我就为你们怎样行。

10. And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.
亚哈因耶斯列人拿伯说我不敢将我先人留下的产业给你,就闷闷不乐地回宫,躺在床上,转脸向内,也不吃饭。

11. And he built altars in the house of the LORD, of which the LORD said, In Jerusalem will I put my name.
在耶和华殿宇中筑坛。耶和华曾指着这殿说,我必立我的名在耶路撒冷。

12. Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Wherefore Joab departed, and went throughout all Israel, and came to Jerusalem.
但王的命令胜过约押。约押就出去,走遍以色列地,回到耶路撒冷,

13. Now when Jehoram was risen up to the kingdom of his father, he strengthened himself, and slew all his brethren with the sword, and divers also of the princes of Israel.
约兰兴起坐他父的位,奋勇自强,就用刀杀了他的众兄弟和以色列的几个首领。

14. As for me, is my complaint to man? and if it were so, why should not my spirit be troubled?
我岂是向人诉冤,为何不焦急呢。

15. He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.
他向你求寿,你便赐给他,就是日子长久,直到永远。

16. An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.
恶人发达,眼高心傲,这乃是罪。(发达原文是灯)

17. My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.
我心慌张,惊恐威吓我,我所羡慕的黄昏,变为我的战兢。

18. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.
耶和华以色列的神如此说,我要使你们手中的兵器,就是你们在城外与巴比伦王和围困你们的迦勒底人打仗的兵器翻转过来,又要使这些都聚集在这城中。

19. Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:
我既要从你中间剪除义人和恶人,所以我的刀要出鞘,自南至北攻击一切有血气的。

20. All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
这事成就,是要应验先知的话,说,

21. For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.
因为众人都是自己有馀,拿出来投在捐项里。但这个寡妇是自己不足,把他一切养生的都投上了。

22. But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.
天将亮的时候,耶稣站在岸上。门徒却不知道是耶稣。

23. And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.
找着了门徒,就在那里住了七天。他们被圣灵感动,对保罗说,不要上耶路撒冷去。

24. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
神要擦去他们一切的眼泪。不再有死亡,也不再有悲哀,哭号,疼痛,因为以前的事都过去了。
