1. And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,
耶和华的使者第二次从天上呼叫亚伯拉罕说，

2. But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
若本主同在一处，他就不必赔还，若是雇的，也不必赔还，本是为雇价来的。

3. And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;
祭司不可亵渎以色列人所献给耶和华的圣物，

4. And Balak sent yet again princes, more, and more honourable than they.
巴勒又差遣使臣，比先前的又多又尊贵。

5. Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:
女子的父母就要把女子贞洁的凭据拿出来，带到本城门长老那里。

6. And they came unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasseh, unto the land of Gilead, and they spake with them, saying,
他们到了基列地，见流便人，迦得人，和玛拿西半支派的人，对他们说，

7. Did I then begin to enquire of God for him? be it far from me: let not the king impute any thing unto his servant, nor to all the house of my father: for thy servant knew nothing of all this, less or more.
我岂是从今日才为他求问神呢。断不是这样。王不要将罪归我和我父的全家。因为这事，无论大小，仆人都不知道。

8. And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.
他射出箭来，使仇敌四散，发出闪电，使他们扰乱。

9. So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.
米该雅到王面前，王问他说，米该雅阿，我们上去攻取基列的拉末可以不可以。他回答说，可以上去，必然得胜，耶和华必将那城交在王的手中。

10. And she said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Tell the man that sent you to me,
她对他们说，耶和华以色列的神如此说，你们可以回覆那差遣你们来见我的人说，

11. Of the gold, the silver, and the brass, and the iron, there is no number. Arise therefore, and be doing, and the LORD be with thee.
并有无数的金银铜铁。你当起来办事，愿耶和华与你同在。

12. Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden?
你要依从上古的道吗。这道是恶人所行的。

13. My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片。我的舌头贴在我牙床上。你将我安置在死地的尘土中。

14. Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
愚蒙迷住孩童的心，用管教的杖可以远远赶除。

15. Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say,
主万军之耶和华这样说，你去见掌银库的，就是家宰舍伯那，对他说，

16. Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
难道你作王是在乎造香柏木楼房争胜吗。你的父亲岂不是也吃也喝，也施行公平和公义吗。那时他得了福乐。

17. And I will scatter thee among the heathen, and disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of thee.
我必将你分散在列国，四散在列邦。我也必从你中间除掉你的污秽。

18. Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
当时，法利赛人出去商议，怎样就着耶稣的话陷害他。

19. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
耶稣对他们说，我很愿意在受害以先，和你们吃这逾越节的筵席。

20. For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.
因为你要将所看见的，所听见的，对着万人为他作见证。

21. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
城外有那些犬类，行邪术的，淫乱的，杀人的，拜偶像的，并一切喜好说谎编造虚谎的。
