1. And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:
耶和华说，你既行了这事，不留下你的儿子，就是你独生的儿子，我便指着自己起誓说，

2. And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
人若引诱没有受聘的处女，与她行淫，他总要交出聘礼，娶她为妻。

3. Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
免得他们在吃圣物上自取罪孽，因为我是叫他们成圣的耶和华。

4. And they came to Balaam, and said to him, Thus saith Balak the son of Zippor, Let nothing, I pray thee, hinder thee from coming unto me:
他们到了巴兰那里，对他说，西拨的儿子巴勒这样说，求你不容什么事拦阻你不到我这里来，

5. And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;
女子的父亲要对长老说，我将我的女儿给这人为妻，他恨恶她，

6. Thus saith the whole congregation of the LORD, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the LORD, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might rebel this day against the LORD?
耶和华全会众这样说，你们今日转去不跟从耶和华，干犯以色列的神，为自己筑一座坛，悖逆了耶和华，这犯的是什么罪呢。

7. And the king said, Thou shalt surely die, Ahimelech, thou, and all thy father's house.
王说，亚希米勒阿，你和你父的全家都是该死的。

8. And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.
耶和华的斥责一发，鼻孔的气一出，海底就出现，大地的根基也显露。

9. And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD?
王对他说，我当嘱咐你几次，你才奉耶和华的名向我说实话呢。

10. Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, even all the words of the book which the king of Judah hath read:
耶和华如此说，我必照着犹大王所读那书上的一切话，降祸与这地和其上的居民。

11. David also commanded all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying,
大卫又吩咐以色列的众首领帮助他儿子所罗门，说，

12. Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood:
他们未到死期，忽然除灭。根基毁坏，好像被江河冲去。

13. For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
犬类围着我。恶党环绕我。他们扎了我的手，我的脚。

14. He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall surely come to want.
欺压贫穷为要利己的，并送礼与富户的，都必缺乏。

15. What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?
你在这里作什么呢。有什么人竟在这里凿坟墓，就是在高处为自给凿坟墓，在磐石中为自己凿出安身之所。

16. He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.
他为困苦和穷乏人伸冤，那时就得了福乐。认识我不在乎此吗。这是耶和华说的。

17. And thou shalt take thine inheritance in thyself in the sight of the heathen, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
你必在列国人的眼前因自己所行的被亵渎，你就知道我是耶和华。

18. And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
就打发他们的门徒，同希律党的人，去见耶稣说，夫子，我们知道你是诚实人，并且诚诚实实传神的道，什么人你都不徇情面，因为你不看人的外貌。

19. For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
我告诉你们，我不再吃这筵席，直到我成就在神的国里。

20. And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
现在你为什么耽延呢，起来，求告他的名受洗，洗去你的罪。

21. I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
我耶稣差遣我的使者为众教会将这些事向你们证明。我是大卫的根，又是他的后裔。我是明亮的晨星。
