1. And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you.
亚伯拉罕对他的仆人说,你们和驴在此等候,我与童子往那里去拜一拜,就回到你们这里来。

2. If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.
人若在田间或在葡萄园里放牲畜,任凭牲畜上别人的田里去吃,就必拿自己田间上好的和葡萄园上好的赔还。

3. Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;
或是摸什么使他不洁净的爬物,或是摸那使他不洁净的人(不拘那人有什么不洁净),

4. He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:
他差遣使者往大河边的毗夺去,到比珥的儿子巴兰本乡那里,召巴兰来,说,有一宗民从埃及出来,遮满地面,与我对居。

5. The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
妇女不可穿戴男子所穿戴的,男子也不可穿妇女的衣服,因为这样行都是耶和华你神所憎恶的。

6. But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
只要切切地谨慎遵行耶和华仆人摩西所吩咐你们的诫命律法,爱耶和华你们的神,行他一切的道,守他的诫命,专靠他,尽心尽性事奉他。

7. And the prophet Gad said unto David, Abide not in the hold; depart, and get thee into the land of Judah. Then David departed, and came into the forest of Hareth.
先知迦得对大卫说,你不要住在山寨,要往犹大地去。大卫就离开那里,进入哈列的树林。

8. When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;
曾有死亡的波浪环绕我,匪类的急流使我惊惧,

9. And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Enquire, I pray thee, at the word of the LORD to day.
约沙法对以色列王说,请你先求问耶和华。

10. And let them deliver it into the hand of the doers of the work, that have the oversight of the house of the LORD: and let them give it to the doers of the work which is in the house of the LORD, to repair the breaches of the house,
交给耶和华殿里办事的人,使他们转交耶和华殿里作工的人,好修理殿的破坏之处,

11. Then he called for Solomon his son, and charged him to build an house for the LORD God of Israel.
大卫召了他儿子所罗门来,嘱咐他给耶和华以色列的神建造殿宇,

12. He walked also after their counsel, and went with Jehoram the son of Ahab king of Israel to war against Hazael king of Syria at Ramothgilead: and the Syrians smote Joram.
他听从亚哈家的计谋,同以色列王亚哈的儿子约兰往基列的拉末去,与亚兰王哈薛争战。亚兰人打伤了约兰。

13. Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite?
你的罪恶岂不是大吗。你的罪孽也没有穷尽。

14. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
他们哀求你,便蒙解救。他们倚靠你,就不羞愧。

15. Thorns and snares are in the way of the froward: he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.
乖僻人的路上,有荆棘和网罗。保守自己生命的。必要远离。

16. For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.
因为主万军之耶和华使异象谷有溃乱,践踏,烦扰的日子。城被攻破,哀声达到山间。

17. But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.
你们若不听这些话,耶和华说,我指着自己起誓,这城必变为荒场。

18. Those that be near, and those that be far from thee, shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.
你这名臭,多乱的城阿,那些离你近,离你远的都必讥诮你。

19. But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
那些人不理就走了。一个到自己田里去。一个作买卖去。

20. And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
他们欢喜,就约定给他银子。

21. As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished.
这是大祭司和众长老都可以给我作见证的。我又领了他们达与兄弟的书信,往大马士革去,要把在那里奉这道的人锁拿,带到耶路撒冷受刑。

22. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
不再有黑夜。他们也不用灯光日光。因为主神要光照他们。他们要作王,直到永永远远。
