1. And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
亚伯拉罕说，我儿，神必自己预备作燔祭的羊羔。于是二人同行。

2. If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods.
若找不到贼，那家主必就近审判官，要看看他拿了原主的物件没有。

3. That which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith: I am the LORD.
自死的或是被野兽撕裂的，他不可吃，因此污秽自己。我是耶和华。

4. And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me: and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.
巴兰说，你们今夜在这里住宿，我必照耶和华所晓谕我的回报你们。摩押的使臣就在巴兰那里住下了。

5. When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.
你若建造房屋，要在房上的四围安栏杆，免得有人从房上掉下来，流血的罪就归于你家。

6. And he spake unto them, saying, Return with much riches unto your tents, and with very much cattle, with silver, and with gold, and with brass, and with iron, and with very much raiment: divide the spoil of your enemies with your brethren.
对他们说，你们带许多财物，许多牲畜和金，银，铜，铁，并许多衣服，回你们的帐棚去，要将你们从仇敌夺来的物，与你们众弟兄同分。

7. That all of you have conspired against me, and there is none that sheweth me that my son hath made a league with the son of Jesse, and there is none of you that is sorry for me, or sheweth unto me that my son hath stirred up my servant against me, to lie in wait, as at this day?
你们竟都结党害我。我的儿子与耶西的儿子结盟的时候，无人告诉我。我的儿子挑唆我的臣子谋害我，就如今日的光景，也无人告诉我，为我忧虑。

8. Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.
那时因他发怒，地就摇撼战抖。天的根基也震动摇撼。

9. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
以色列王对约沙法说，还有一个人，是音拉的儿子米该雅，我们可以托他求问耶和华。只是我恨他。因为他指着我所说的预言，不说吉语，单说凶言。约沙法说，王不必这样说。

10. And Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
大祭司希勒家对书记沙番说，我在耶和华殿里得了律法书。希勒家将书递给沙番，沙番就看了。

11. Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.
你要生一个儿子，他必作太平的人。我必使他安静，不被四围的仇敌扰乱。他的名要叫所罗门（就是太平的意思）。他在位的日子，我必使以色列人平安康泰。

12. And it came to pass, that, when Jehu was executing judgment upon the house of Ahab, and found the princes of Judah, and the sons of the brethren of Ahaziah, that ministered to Ahaziah, he slew them.
耶户讨亚哈家罪的时候，遇见犹大的众首领和亚哈谢的众侄子服事亚哈谢，就把他们都杀了。

13. But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it.
有能力的人就得地土。尊贵的人也住在其中。

14. He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
他把自己交托耶和华，耶和华可以救他吧。耶和华既喜悦他，可以搭救他吧。

15. He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity: and the rod of his anger shall fail.
撒罪孽的，必收灾祸。他逞怒的杖，也必废掉。

16. And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.
他去掉犹大的遮盖。那日，你就仰望林库内的军器。

17. And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this great city?
许多国的民要经过这城，各人对邻舍说，耶和华为何向这大城如此行呢。

18. Thou hast despised mine holy things, and hast profaned my sabbaths.
你藐视了我的圣物，干犯了我的安息日。

19. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
于是对仆人说，喜筵已经齐备，只是所召的人不配。

20. And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.
耶稣打发彼得，约翰，说，你们去为我们豫备逾越节的筵席，好叫我们吃。

21. And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.
我回答说，主阿，你是谁。他说，我就是你所逼迫的拿撒勒人耶稣。

22. And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
这些事是我约翰所听见所看见的。我既听见看见了。就在指示我的天使脚前俯伏要拜他。
