1. And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron; and Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver, which he had named in the audience of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant.
亚伯拉罕听从了以弗仑，照着他在赫人面前所说的话，把买卖通用的银子平了四百舍客勒给以弗仑。

2. And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.
又要守收割节，所收的是你田间所种，劳碌得来初熟之物。并在年底收藏，要守收藏节。

3. Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.
到第七个安息日的次日，共计五十天，又要将新素祭献给耶和华。

4. And the LORD met Balaam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, Go again unto Balak, and say thus.
耶和华临到巴兰那里，将话传给他。又说，你回到巴勒那里，要如此如此说。

5. He shall dwell with thee, even among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him.
他必在你那里与你同住，在你的城邑中，要由他选择一个所喜悦的地方居住。你不可欺负他。

6. When ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto you.
你们若违背耶和华你们神吩咐你们所守的约，去事奉别神，叩拜他，耶和华的怒气必向你们发作，使你们在他所赐的美地上速速灭亡。

7. And Jonathan Saul's son arose, and went to David into the wood, and strengthened his hand in God.
扫罗的儿子约拿单起身，往那树林里去见大卫，使他倚靠神得以坚固，

8. And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the LORD.
这三个勇士就闯过非利士人的营盘，从伯利恒城门旁的井里打水，拿来奉给大卫。他却不肯喝，将水奠在耶和华面前，

9. And as Josiah turned himself, he spied the sepulchres that were there in the mount, and sent, and took the bones out of the sepulchres, and burned them upon the altar, and polluted it, according to the word of the LORD which the man of God proclaimed, who proclaimed these words.
约西亚回头，看见山上的坟墓，就打发人将坟墓里的骸骨取出来，烧在坛上，污秽了坛，正如从前神人宣传耶和华的话。

10. Of the sons of Gershom, Shebuel was the chief.
革舜的长子是细布业。

11. And Jehoiada made a covenant between him, and between all the people, and between the king, that they should be the LORD's people.
耶何耶大与众民和王立约，都要作耶和华的民。

12. For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:
神使我丧胆，全能者使我惊惶。

13. Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things.
你的嘴若说正直话，我的心肠也必快乐。

14. Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.
你这被忘记的妓女阿，拿琴周流城内，巧弹多唱，使人再想念你。

15. Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.
万军之耶和华如此说，这些先知向你们说预言，你们不要听他们的话。他们以虚空教训你们，所说的异象是出于自己的心，不是出于耶和华的口。

16. And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.
阿荷利巴一看见就贪恋他们，打发使者往迦勒底去见他们。

17. Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
你们这瞎眼领路的有祸了。你们说，凡指着殿起誓的，这算不得什么。只是凡指着殿中金子起誓的，他就该谨守。

18. I will therefore chastise him, and release him.
故此我要责打他，把他释放了。有古卷在此有

19. And when Paul's sister's son heard of their lying in wait, he went and entered into the castle, and told Paul.
保罗的外甥，听见他们设下埋伏，就来到营楼里告诉保罗。
