1. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.
他是奉我名来的，你们要在他面前谨慎，听从他的话，不可惹（惹或作违背）他，因为他必不赦免你们的过犯。

2. And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
当这日，你们要宣告圣会，什么劳碌的工都不可作。这在你们一切的住处作为世世代代永远的定例。

3. He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.
他未见雅各中有罪孽，也未见以色列中有奸恶。耶和华他的神和他同在。有欢呼王的声音在他们中间。

4. When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
你向耶和华你的神许愿，偿还不可迟延。因为耶和华你的神必定向你追讨，你不偿还就有罪。

5. And Saul said, Blessed be ye of the LORD; for ye have compassion on me.
扫罗说，愿耶和华赐福与你们，因你们顾恤我。

6. And he slew an Egyptian, a goodly man: and the Egyptian had a spear in his hand; but he went down to him with a staff, and plucked the spear out of the Egyptian's hand, and slew him with his own spear.
又杀了一个强壮的埃及人。埃及人手里拿着枪，比拿雅只拿着棍子下去，从埃及人手里夺过枪来，用那枪将他杀死。

7. And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the passover unto the LORD your God, as it is written in the book of this covenant.
王吩咐众民说，你们当照这约书上所写的，向耶和华你们的神守逾越节。

8. The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. The sons of Mahli; Eleazar, and Kish.
米拉利的儿子是抹利，母示。抹利的儿子是以利亚撒，基士。

9. And all the people of the land rejoiced: and the city was quiet, after that they had slain Athaliah with the sword.
国民都欢乐，合城都安静。众人已将亚他利雅用刀杀了。

10. For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.
因为好酒贪食的，必至贫穷。好睡觉的，必穿破烂衣服。

11. I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
我没有打发那些先知，他们竟自奔跑。我没有对他们说话，他们竟自预言。

12. Thus thou calledst to remembrance the lewdness of thy youth, in bruising thy teats by the Egyptians for the paps of thy youth.
这样，你就想起你幼年的淫行。那时，埃及人拥抱你的怀，抚摸你的乳。

13. And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
人指着殿起誓，就是指着殿和住在殿里的起誓。

14. But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.
无奈他们喊着说，钉他十字架，钉他十字架

15. But do not thou yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee.
你切不要随从他们，因为他们有四十多人埋伏，已经起誓，说，若不先杀保罗，就不吃不喝。现在豫备好了，只等你应允。
