1. For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.
我的使者要在你前面行，领你到亚摩利人，赫人，比利洗人，迦南人，希未人，耶布斯人那里去，我必将他们剪除。

2. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华对摩西说，

3. Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!
断没有法术可以害雅各，也没有占卜可以害以色列。现在必有人论及雅各，就是论及以色列说，神为他行了何等的大事。

4. That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
你嘴里所出的，就是你口中应许甘心所献的，要照你向耶和华你神所许的愿谨守遵行。

5. See therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking places where he hideth himself, and come ye again to me with the certainty, and I will go with you: and it shall come to pass, if he be in the land, that I will search him out throughout all the thousands of Judah.
所以要看准他藏匿的地方，回来据实地告诉我，我就与你们同去。他若在犹大的境内，我必从千门万户中搜出他来。

6. He was more honourable than the thirty, but he attained not to the first three. And David set him over his guard.
他比那三十个勇士都尊贵，只是不及前三个勇士。大卫立他作护卫长。

7. But in the eighteenth year of king Josiah, wherein this passover was holden to the LORD in Jerusalem.
只有约西亚王十八年在耶路撒冷向耶和华守这逾越节。

8. The sons of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jeremoth, three.
母示的儿子是末力，以得，耶利摩共三人。

9. Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.
你当买真理。就是智慧，训诲，和聪明，也都不可卖。

10. Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?
耶和华说，我岂为近处的神呢。不也为远处的神吗。

11. The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.
所来的就是巴比伦人，迦勒底的众人，比割人，书亚人，哥亚人，同着他们的还有亚述众人，乃是作省长，副省长，作军长有名声的，都骑着马，是可爱的少年人。

12. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了。因为你们将薄荷，茴香，芹菜，太23：23）献上十分之一。那律法上更重的事，就是公义，怜悯，信实，反倒不行了。这更重的是你们当行的；那也是不可不行的。

13. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.
他们大声催逼彼拉多，求他把耶稣钉在十字架上。他们的声音就得了胜，

14. And he called unto him two centurions, saying, Make ready two hundred soldiers to go to Caesarea, and horsemen threescore and ten, and spearmen two hundred, at the third hour of the night;
千夫长便叫了两个百夫长来，说，豫备步兵二百，马兵七十，长枪手二百，今夜亥初往凯撒利亚去。
