1. And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.
亚伯拉罕年纪老迈，向来在一切事上耶和华都赐福给他。

2. And he said unto Moses, Come up unto the LORD, thou, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and worship ye afar off.
耶和华对摩西说，你和亚伦，拿答，亚比户，并以色列长老中的七十人，都要上到我这里来，远远地下拜。

3. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华晓谕摩西说，

4. And when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
巴兰见耶和华喜欢赐福与以色列，就不像前两次去求法术，却面向旷野。

5. When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
人若娶妻以后，见她有什么不合理的事，不喜悦她，就可以写休书交在她手中，打发她离开夫家。

6. And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God.
约书亚将以色列的众支派聚集在示剑，召了以色列的长老，族长，审判官，并官长来，他们就站在神面前。

7. And it came to pass, when Saul was returned from following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying, Behold, David is in the wilderness of Engedi.
扫罗追赶非利士人回来，有人告诉他说，大卫在隐基底的旷野。

8. And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.
耶和华又向以色列人发怒，就激动大卫，使他吩咐人去数点以色列人和犹大人。

9. In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his servant three years: then he turned and rebelled against him.
约雅敬年间，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒上到犹大。约雅敬服事他三年，然后背叛他。

10. Now these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
亚伦子孙的班次记在下面，亚伦的儿子是拿答，亚比户，以利亚撒，以他玛。

11. Joash was seven years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Zibiah of Beersheba.
约阿施登基的时候年七岁，在耶路撒冷作王四十年。他母亲名叫西比亚，是别是巴人。

12. Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?
全能者既定期罚恶，为何不使认识他的人看见那日子呢。

13. The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
地和其中所充满的，世界和住在其间的，都属耶和华。

14. Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.
你不要嫉妒恶人，也不要起意与他们相处。

15. Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.
看哪，耶和华使地空虚，变为荒凉。又翻转大地，将居民分散。

16. The LORD shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.
巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒将犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅和犹大的首领，并工匠，铁匠从耶路撒冷掳去，带到巴比伦。这事以后，耶和华指给我看，有两筐无花果放在耶和华的殿前。

17. Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
第九年十月初十日，耶和华的话又临到我说，

18. And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
耶稣出了圣殿，正走的时候，门徒进前来，把殿宇指给他看。

19. Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
七日的头一日，黎明的时候，那些妇女带着所豫备的香料，来到坟墓前。

20. And after five days Ananias the high priest descended with the elders, and with a certain orator named Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul.
过了五天，大祭司亚拿尼亚，同几个长老，和一个辩士帖土罗，下来，向巡抚控告保罗。
