1. And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac.
亚伯拉罕将一切所有的都给了以撒。

2. And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,
染红的公羊皮，海狗皮，皂荚木，

3. That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.
遗落自长的庄稼不可收割，没有修理的葡萄树也不可摘取葡萄。这年，地要守圣安息。

4. And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor.
于是摩西吩咐以色列的审判官说，凡属你们的人，有与巴力毗珥连合的，你们各人要把他们杀了。

5. If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her.
弟兄同居，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻不可出嫁外人，她丈夫的兄弟当尽弟兄的本分，娶她为妻，与她同房。

6. And David sent out ten young men, and David said unto the young men, Get you up to Carmel, and go to Nabal, and greet him in my name:
大卫就打发十个仆人，吩咐他们说，你们上迦密去见拿八，提我的名问他安。

7. And the army of the Chaldees pursued after the king, and overtook him in the plains of Jericho: and all his army were scattered from him.
迦勒底的军队追赶王，在耶利哥的平原追上他。他的全军都离开他四散了。

8. All these were the sons of Heman the king's seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
这都是希幔的儿子，吹角颂赞。希幔奉神之命作王的先见。神赐给希幔十四个儿子，三个女儿，

9. Moreover Amaziah gathered Judah together, and made them captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, according to the houses of their fathers, throughout all Judah and Benjamin: and he numbered them from twenty years old and above, and found them three hundred thousand choice men, able to go forth to war, that could handle spear and shield.
亚玛谢招聚犹大人，按着犹大和便雅悯的宗族设立千夫长，百夫长，又数点人数，从二十岁以外，能拿枪拿盾牌出去打仗的精兵共有三十万。

10. Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.
在神眼前，月亮也无光亮，星宿也不清洁。

11. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
求你以你的真理引导我，教训我。因为你是救我的神。我终日等候你。

12. Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.
除去王面前的恶人，国位就靠公义坚立。

13. Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.
你要压制外邦人的喧哗，好像乾燥地的热气下落，禁止强暴人的凯歌，好像热气被云影消化。

14. They said, Turn ye again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the LORD hath given unto you and to your fathers for ever and ever:
说，你们各人当回头，离开恶道和所作的恶，便可居住耶和华古时所赐给你们和你们列祖之地，直到永远。

15. And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
我必使拉巴为骆驼场，使亚扪人的地为羊群躺卧之处，你们就知道我是耶和华。

16. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
新郎迟延的时候，他们都打盹睡着了。

17. Let them therefore, said he, which among you are able, go down with me, and accuse this man, if there be any wickedness in him.
又说，你们中间有权势的人，与我一同下去，那人若有什么不是，就可以告他。
