1. Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.
亚伯拉罕又娶了一妻，名叫基土拉。

2. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华晓谕摩西说，

3. And the LORD spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
耶和华在西奈山对摩西说，

4. And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.
以色列人住在什亭，百姓与摩押女子行起淫乱。

5. If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
人若有争讼，来听审判，审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。

6. And Samuel died; and all the Israelites were gathered together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Ramah. And David arose, and went down to the wilderness of Paran.
撒母耳死了，以色列众人聚集，为他哀哭，将他葬在拉玛他自己的坟墓（原文作房屋）里。大卫起身，下到巴兰的旷野。

7. And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he, and all his host, against Jerusalem, and pitched against it; and they built forts against it round about.
西底家背叛巴比伦王。他作王第九年十月初十日，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒率领全军来攻击耶路撒冷，对城安营，四围筑垒攻城。

8. Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
大卫和众首领分派亚萨，希幔，并耶杜顿的子孙弹琴，鼓瑟，敲钹，唱歌（唱歌原文作说预言本章同）。他们供职的人数记在下面，

9. Amaziah was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem.
亚玛谢登基的时候年二十五岁，在耶路撒冷作王二十九年。他母亲名叫约耶但，是耶路撒冷人。

10. Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,
书亚人比勒达回答说，

11. Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
耶和华阿，我的心仰望你。

12. These are also proverbs of Solomon, which the men of Hezekiah king of Judah copied out.
以下也是所罗门的箴言。是犹大王希西家的人所誊录的。

13. O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.
耶和华阿，你是我的神。我要尊崇你，我要称赞你的名。因为你以忠信诚实行过奇妙的事。成就你古时所定的。

14. The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon;
犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬第四年，就是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的元年，耶和华论犹大众民的话临到耶利米。

15. The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
耶和华的话临到我说，

16. Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
那时，天国好比十个童女，拿着灯，出去迎接新郎。

17. Now when Festus was come into the province, after three days he ascended from Caesarea to Jerusalem.
非斯都到了任，过了三天，就从凯撒利亚上耶路撒冷去。
