1. And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
耶和华站在梯子以上（或作站在他旁边），说，我是耶和华你祖亚伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神。我要将你现在所躺卧之地赐给你和你的后裔。

2. And thou shalt make ouches of gold;
要用金子作二槽，

3. And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil for a meat offering unto one lamb; for a burnt offering of a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
每只羊羔要用调油的细面伊法十分之一作为素祭和馨香的燔祭，是献给耶和华的火祭。

4. *And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:


5. And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
王对妇人说，不要惧怕，你看见了什么呢。妇人对扫罗说，我看见有神从地里上来。

6. Also for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service in the house of the LORD.
又指示他祭司和利未人的班次与耶和华殿里各样的工作，并耶和华殿里一切器皿的样式，

7. And said unto them, Ye shall not bring in the captives hither: for whereas we have offended against the LORD already, ye intend to add more to our sins and to our trespass: for our trespass is great, and there is fierce wrath against Israel.
对他们说，你们不可带进这被掳的人来。你们想要使我们得罪耶和华，加增我们的罪恶过犯。因为我们的罪过甚大，已经有烈怒临到以色列人了。

8. Man knoweth not the price thereof; neither is it found in the land of the living.
智慧的价值无人能知，在活人之地也无处可寻。

9. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
遮掩自己罪过的，必不享通。承认离弃罪过的，必蒙怜恤。

10. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
所以耶和华向他们说的话，是命上加命，令上加令，律上加律，例上加例，这里一点，那里一点，以致他们前行仰面跌倒，而且跌碎，并陷入网罗，被缠住。

11. Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.
你去告诉哈拿尼雅说，耶和华如此说，你折断木轭，却换了铁轭。

12. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
你曾在伊甸神的园中，佩戴各样宝石，就是红宝石，红璧玺，金钢石，水苍玉，红玛瑙，碧玉，蓝宝石，绿宝石，红玉，和黄金。又有精美的鼓笛在你那里，都是在你受造之日预备齐全的。

13. Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
你们要这样说，夜间我们睡觉的时候，他的门徒来把他偷去了。

14. And from thence we fetched a compass, and came to Rhegium: and after one day the south wind blew, and we came the next day to Puteoli:
又从那里绕行，来到利基翁。过了一天，起了南风，第二天就来到部丢利。
