1. And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.
以撒打发雅各走了，他就往巴旦亚兰去，到亚兰人彼土利的儿子拉班那里。拉班是雅各，以扫的母舅。

2. And they shall take gold, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen.
要用金线和蓝色，紫色，朱红色线，并细麻去作。

3. And a tenth part of an ephah of flour for a meat offering, mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil.
又用细面伊法十分之一，并捣成的油一欣四分之一，调和作为素祭。

4. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
你的筐子和你的抟面盆都必蒙福。

5. And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart greatly trembled.
扫罗看见非利士的军旅就惧怕，心中发颤。

6. And of all my sons, (for the LORD hath given me many sons,) he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the LORD over Israel.
耶和华赐我许多儿子，在我儿子中拣选所罗门坐耶和华的国位，治理以色列人。

7. Wherefore the LORD his God delivered him into the hand of the king of Syria; and they smote him, and carried away a great multitude of them captives, and brought them to Damascus. And he was also delivered into the hand of the king of Israel, who smote him with a great slaughter.
所以，耶和华他的神将他交在亚兰王手里。亚兰王打败他，掳了他许多的民，带到大马士革去。神又将他交在以色列王手里，以色列王向他大行杀戮。

8. As for the earth, out of it cometh bread: and under it is turned up as it were fire.
至于地，能出粮食，地内好像被火翻起来。

9. Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
他们既然不留心耶和华所行的，和他手所作的，他就必毁坏他们，不建立他们。

10. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.
坏人不明白公义。惟有寻求耶和华的，无不明白。

11. In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,
到那日，万军之耶和华必作他馀剩之民的荣冠华冕。

12. Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD,
先知耶利米当着祭司和站在耶和华殿里的众民对先知哈拿尼雅说，

13. By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
你靠自己的大智慧和贸易增添资财，又因资财心里高傲。

14. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
天使对妇女说，不要害怕，我知道你们是寻梢那钉十字架的耶稣。

15. And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.
保罗竟把那蛇，甩在火里，并没有受伤。
