1. And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.
到晚上，拉班将女儿利亚送来给雅各，雅各就与她同房。

2. Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.
于是所罗门坐在耶和华所赐的位上，接续他父亲大卫作王，万事亨通。以色列众人也都听从他。

3. And one loaf of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of the unleavened bread that is before the LORD:
再从耶和华面前装无酵饼的筐子中取一个饼，一个调油的饼和一个薄饼，

4. And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:
第四日要献公牛十只，公羊两只，没有残疾，一岁的公羊羔十四只。

5. And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:
又看见遍地有硫磺，有盐卤，有火迹，没有耕种，没有出产，连草都不生长，好像耶和华在忿怒中所倾覆的所多玛，蛾摩拉，押玛，洗扁一样。

6. And they brought forth the he goats for the sin offering before the king and the congregation; and they laid their hands upon them:
把那作赎罪祭的公山羊牵到王和会众面前，他们就按手在其上。

7. And they waited for me as for the rain; and they opened their mouth wide as for the latter rain.
他们仰望我如仰望雨，又张开口如切慕春雨。

8. A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.
人的高傲，必使他卑下。心里谦逊的，必得尊荣。

9. But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
但他看见他的众子，就是我手的工作，在他那里，他们必尊我的名为圣，必尊雅各的圣者为圣，必敬畏以色列的神。

10. Because they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours' wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the LORD.
这二人是在以色列中行了丑事，与邻舍的妻行淫，又假托我名说我未曾吩咐他们的话。知道的是我，作见证的也是我。这是耶和华说的。
